3:26 The Heart of the Sea is a pretty useless thing. By placing the Heart of the Sea and 8 Nautilus Shells on a crafting table, you can make a Conduit, and by placing prismarine blocks around it in the right way (see the internet), it will allow you to breathe underwater, improve your vision underwater, and increase your mining speed underwater, but only in a certain area
Dear lord please make chests. replant saplings and propagules by right clicking with them on most types of soil, plant seeds by using a hoe to till dirt into farmland, and be sure theres water within 4 blocks horizontally. You can plant wheat seeds, carrots, potatoes, melon/pumpkin (get the seeds by crafting one fruit into seeds), and more also you need a water bucket. If you're ever falling, you can dump your water under your feet to save yourself, it's called "water bucket clutch". you can also put yourself out if you're on fire. then just pick your water back up. Also works to push away mobs, you so can control the battle a little. Dont look enderman in the eye and they wont bother you (tall black guys) every time you sleep, you're resetting your spawn point, which means you wont go home if you die,. you will go back to the very start instead. Plus, you really dont want to get used to using beds everywhere.... just trust me on that *evil grin*
Random thought about minecraft: I'm annoyed that they made the cat sound super annoying and meowing all the time but irl they make almost no noise and their meows are a lot less annoying. The people who decided for the cat noises clearly never owned one. Also they are supposed to scare creepers but that feature doesn't work. My cats were killed by creepers all the time

12:48 Drew you can make speed potions but you need a brewing table blaze rod and more things which you need to get from the nether which is the second world using a nether portal using obsidian or finding a ruined nether portal which looks like a black/darkpurple frame with a chest
8:39 Another classic Minecrafter move😎👍 There is a border between the light gray stone, that makes cobblestone and a darker, harder to mine stone, that makes cobbled deepslate. Mine down to that border and from there on, horizontal in any direction, until you find an humongous cave. You will definitely find such a cave. There are a few types of that cave, a few hundred blocks apart. Some are lush, some have dripstones, some are flooded, some are just big black gaping holes. Choose one. Envy the procedural landscape, fight the monsters, get them diamonds😉 The next step is to start walking in the overworld. Make the Forrest Gump. Just envy all the procedural world-building. You only need stuff at hand and the pearl drops from that screaming long black figures. Repair one oft the ruined portals, you find occasionally, when you feeling comfortable to walk through the night. Early Minecraft is so much about exploring never ending wonders , about becoming a stray😉
Get an horse to travel faster To ride an horse, you'd need a saddle, saddles can be gotten from hours of fishing, or you could try your luck looking for a dungeon in caves, there's a chance you'd find a saddle there Tame an horse by repeated mounting it, then saddle it You can tame another horse if that one happens to be slow
12:48 firstly, yes please eat so that you walk at normal speed. Secondly, you can get even faster by drinking the relevant potion and the same goes for jumping
"Is three a lot?" "It depends on what you're talking about. World wars? Yes. Stone pickaxes in your Minecraft early game inventory? Not nearly enough."
For your question with Jumping higher and Speed you would need potions. To make potions you need a Brewing stand and Blaze Powder (Mid-game) - Gotta goto the Nether Dimension Don't wanna spoil your gameplay that's all I am saying on that topic
Hey, just short tutorial! In minecraft first of all you need to mine ores in the cave! Then you gotta craft some more stuff from them and mine again. After that you gotta get obsidian and make the portal to nether and then you need to find and kill some bazes, pick up their stuff kill some endermen and craft ender's eyes they help you in portal to the end searching and then you'll find it and kill the ender dragon!
this series is very entertaining, seing someone play for the first time is always great. i'd be lying if i didn't say this was hard to watch though....
To drop something and make it go bye bye for longer then 3 seconds you drop it more then a block away from you. (Hard to do when looking in a chest) You pickup everything that is within a block. Dropped things delete themselves after 5 minutes.
You can use "potions" to upgrade yourself, for example you can make potion of speed, or potion of high jumps. But to do this, you have to go to the nether, and find some things there.
For your current progress it would be a good idea to have a farm as well as a place to have animals and breed them This way you will always have food to eat For farm make a hoe and find or make a patch of grass and right click on them. This will make a place for planting seeds To get seed break any random grass and they will have a chance of droping it. Plant those seeds and wait and you will get wheat. Rinse and repeat For animals make a place where animals can't escape like fence then lure them using their favourite food Cows and sheep like wheat Pig like potato and carrot Chiken like seed. Edit: forgot to mention you need to make the farm next to water. Make a bucket using iron and dig a small canal, place the water done. A single block of water can easily help water 4 block of plants next to it. (Ah my English broke)
Looks like youre ready for multiple chests so you can better organize your items....like a box for treasures(diamonds and gold and such) one box for stone types and maybe a miscellaneous box....
Tame a horse for faster travel on foot. But you will need a saddle to control the horse. You can fish a saddle out of the ocean or savanna villages will commonly have them look for the houses with the cauldrons
Doing great!!! Keep getting as much iron as you can. Next step is finding diamonds. There are potions in the game that make you faster and jump higher, but they require a lot of late game materials, so that isn't quite in reach yet.
On land, faster travel and higher jumping is basically only achieved by taming a horse and using a saddle on it. First, obtain a saddle because you won't be able to control the horse without it and you can't just craft one. Your best bet is to loot chests in villages or desert temples (without stepping on the stone pressure plate and blowing yourself and all the treasure up). Fishing also has a small chance of yielding a saddle. Once you have a saddle, get on a horse and ride it a few times until you see hearts-it is now tamed. You can also feed them apples or wheat to tame them faster, but this is unnecessary. Once tamed, open your inventory while on the horse to equip it with your saddle. Pro-tip: horses have different speed, health, and jump height stats, so if you're unhappy with the one you've tamed, you can always try a different horse. At some point in the future, faster travel can be achieved using the Elytra and fireworks to fly/glide, but you will have to defeat the Ender Dragon and make it to an End City first-that's a long way off.
Dogs(wolves) like bones from skeletons. Mobs like the shade. Otherwise they burn to death in the sunlight. See you found the marshlands. Watch out for witches. They throw potions to poison you. Mountains are all around. Why don't you carry a map to find your way around. The dragon is not above ground. Hope you start good habits in the game. You will be more successful from practicing good habits in the game.
8 Planks placed in a square shape on the Crafting Grid makes a Chest. Placing 2 Chests next to one another will make a Double Chest. Useful to dump lots of stuff. You can craft 5 Planks into a Boat. and then craft one Boat and one Chest to make a new Boat with a Chest. If you hold Shift while clicking on the Boat with Chest, you can open the Boat's inventory without sitting in it. Oh wait, I think you flipped your key bindings with Ctrl and Shift in the first episode, so maybe it's the other button you need to hold. If you place dirt next to your home, you can plant tree saplings on top, so you can grow trees close by. If you till dirt or grass, you can turn it into farmlands, and plant crops on top. Useful to grow more food. Crops grow best when on farmland that have water 4 blocks away or less. So if you make a farm, place it next to the shore. No offense, it will take you a while to get the skills to move water in this game >.> For now, you should feed Bones to Dogs to tame them. Cats can be tamed with Raw Fish. You can also turn Bones into Bonemeal and use it to grow crops faster. But right now you need Dogs more >.>
It feels good mining resources but dont forget you have to survive the trip home with everything...if you run out of wood or food id suggest dropping off your items in your storage before you get killed....
potions can improve your speed and jump height and etc, youll need a brewing stand and glass bottles. to obtain what you need you must enter the nether (the hell dimension)
"The one time I need coal and there's no coal around" congrats! you're a real minecrafter now also yeah just make more storage?? you are not confined to the limits of a single chest. to throw things down without immediately picking them back up you need to either back up really fast or throw them at least 1 block below the block you're standing on. like into a hole or off of a cliff. you can't fill the hole until they despawn though otherwise itll bring the items back up to your same level and you'll pick them up again haha
First things first fix ur inventory 🗡️ ⛏️ 🪓 if ur looking for iron u want to be in the ground if u hit f3 use the coordinates find 38 this will need to be the middle number mine a two block hall till a stone pick breaks the. Down the hall u made mine ever 2 or 3 blocks in from entrance and make a hallway again and repeat this. Basically u will have a long main tunnel in and out and branch off to the left or right every 3 in blocks wide
u can speed up(swift potion) and jump more higher(jumpboost potion) with potion. craft it need brewing stand and for recipe u can actualy find in google for recipe cause in minecraft is not explained but is good for endgame content
JUST go undergeound for up to 64 iron, craft a full iron set, them u are kinda protected, or if you really want to commit go even deeper for about 32 diamonds for a set and you'll be set for almost the whole thing
move faster and jump higher: Control or double tap forwards will allow you to sprint. The brewing stand you saw in one of the villages is for potions not alcohol; there are potions that will temporarily make you run faster and potions that will temporarily let you jump higher(You do not currently have access to the fuel for the brewing stand). Horses run faster and Jump higher then you, If you find a saddle and tame a horse you can ride it... Taming a horse: RIGHT click with an EMPTY hand to get on a horse's back. you will be bucked off several times but eventually it will tame(hearts will appear briefly when this happens) feeding it things horses like first can make it easier to tame.
Yo if you want to light up your base with torches you should download a light level mod that shows you the light level on each block; I recommend lighty. It will make the task quite a bit easier because it will show you what you still need to light up. Also (3:21) use lava or cactus to dispose of items.
"Why are we so slow in ankle deep water?" Perhaps because that is waist deep water. Go to a beach and try walking in ankle deep water, it is surprising how much it slows you down.
at the beginning I would suggest building a small building which you will use as a warehouse in which there will be only crates I would suggest that you have each crates for one type of material, then using the right mouse button and a hoe start growing plants sugar cane is important (remember that the plowed land must be near water) for sugar cane you do not plough the land you plant it right next to water and make a small farm for animals (cows and sheep are the most needed) you do not have to kill sheep to collect wool from them you can use scissors for this. The next step would be to bring settlers to you and give them a profession so that you can trade with them ps.And the end credits appear when you defeat the dragon but you are not ready for it yet ps.2 one more thing cows and sheep will follow you so you can herd them into the pen when you have wheat in your hand
Drew: "Torches don't grow on trees."

By placing the Heart of the Sea and 8 Nautilus Shells on a crafting table, you can make a Conduit, and by placing prismarine blocks around it in the right way (see the internet), it will allow you to breathe underwater, improve your vision underwater, and increase your mining speed underwater, but only in a certain area
not that useless
@@potaterson useless
@@kriazhvania not that useless
+ it looks cool and for how did we get here
It’s mostly useful if you want to make an underwater base.
(Most) monsters can spawn in the dark but not in the light. When they come into the light, they burn.
13:54 There is a backstory, but only hints at it, so the community has to build theories themselves
The dogs can become your pets if you give them bones which you can get from killing skeletons
Undead mobs burn in the sunlight(zombies, skeletons, drowned, and phantoms)
Dear lord please make chests.
replant saplings and propagules by right clicking with them on most types of soil, plant seeds by using a hoe to till dirt into farmland, and be sure theres water within 4 blocks horizontally.
You can plant wheat seeds, carrots, potatoes, melon/pumpkin (get the seeds by crafting one fruit into seeds), and more
also you need a water bucket. If you're ever falling, you can dump your water under your feet to save yourself, it's called "water bucket clutch". you can also put yourself out if you're on fire. then just pick your water back up. Also works to push away mobs, you so can control the battle a little.
Dont look enderman in the eye and they wont bother you (tall black guys)
every time you sleep, you're resetting your spawn point, which means you wont go home if you die,. you will go back to the very start instead.
My cats were killed by creepers all the time
Then you haven’t met my stepmothers cat. He meows so much
@@victoriasunivers Maybe that's the exception but all the cats I've met in my life (a LOT) are not like this
My cat has a lot to say when he comes in from being out on patrol. Aside from that, he's pretty quiet.
17:43 He scared of the bat 😆😆😆
-You can tame a dog with a bone
-Use boats to go faster on water
-With a compas and paper you can make a locator map which can end your getting lost problem
(Your options for what to do with your junk)
-Craft another chast and put them all there
-Throw the itens in somewhere you wont be in
-Lit fire on them
-Throw 'em in lava
-Throw 'em in a cactus
-Explode 'em
if you find a saddle you can tame and ride horses, some horses are reallllyy fast but they each have their own stats
The compass points to spawn not north....it took me a few years to realize this
12:48 Drew you can make speed potions but you need a brewing table blaze rod and more things which you need to get from the nether which is the second world using a nether portal using obsidian or finding a ruined nether portal which looks like a black/darkpurple frame with a chest
You can tame dogs wth bones wich you get from skeletons you also run faster by jumping while sprinting
This dude feels like somebody who would've gone viral back in the days with stampy cat and Dan.
8:39 Another classic Minecrafter move😎👍
There is a border between the light gray stone, that makes cobblestone and a darker, harder to mine stone, that makes cobbled deepslate. Mine down to that border and from there on, horizontal in any direction, until you find an humongous cave.
You will definitely find such a cave.
There are a few types of that cave, a few hundred blocks apart. Some are lush, some have dripstones, some are flooded, some are just big black gaping holes. Choose one. Envy the procedural landscape, fight the monsters, get them diamonds😉
The next step is to start walking in the overworld.
Get an horse to travel faster
To ride an horse, you'd need a saddle, saddles can be gotten from hours of fishing, or you could try your luck looking for a dungeon in caves, there's a chance you'd find a saddle there
Tame an horse by repeated mounting it, then saddle it
You can tame another horse if that one happens to be slow
If you kill skeletons, you get bones and you can use bones to tame the wolf/dog
I enjoy finding new people exploring Minecraft.
12:48 firstly, yes please eat so that you walk at normal speed.
Secondly, you can get even faster by drinking the relevant potion and the same goes for jumping
"Is three a lot?"
"It depends on what you're talking about. World wars? Yes. Stone pickaxes in your Minecraft early game inventory? Not nearly enough."
Use the iron pickaxe you have, that’s how you can break gold and diamonds and stuff
For your question with Jumping higher and Speed you would need potions. To make potions you need a Brewing stand and Blaze Powder (Mid-game) - Gotta goto the Nether Dimension
Don't wanna spoil your gameplay that's all I am saying on that topic
8:28 “NoooOoOoo why? Use your words!” had me dying
😂😂
Mud is one of my favorite blocks. For really advanced gameplay purposes.
Knick knack paddy whack, Give a dog a bone (or 3-each bone has 33% chance to tame it). Killing skeletons and salmon has a chance to drop bones
For your current progress it would be a good idea to have a farm as well as a place to have animals and breed them
This way you will always have food to eat
For farm make a hoe and find or make a patch of grass and right click on them. This will make a place for planting seeds
To get seed break any random grass and they will have a chance of droping it. Plant those seeds and wait and you will get wheat.
Rinse and repeat
For animals make a place where animals can't escape like fence then lure them using their favourite food
Cows and sheep like wheat
Pig like potato and carrot
Chiken like seed.
Edit: forgot to mention you need to make the farm next to water. Make a bucket using iron and dig a small canal, place the water done. A single block of water can easily help water 4 block of plants next to it. (Ah my English broke)
Copper is for: Lightning rod, spyglass (telescope), copper bulb (type of lighting), Brush (archeologists brush) and decorative building blocks.
Well now I feel just robbed. Find an iron horde and cut me off! More please. 😢
Or if you play java I think you can craft them from leather. Not sure since I play on bedrock and there are some differences
watching him pollute the ocean in minecraft…… human nature 😂
Running while jumping at the same time technically makes you go faster, and you'll have to get a potion of jumpboost if you want to jump higher
you should build a single block tower next to water and go way up in the sky, and then jump into the water for fun, or build a castle or something
I really became addicted to watching your Minecraft noob series! 😂
Very entertaining
Awesome arm tattoos, btw!
Doing great!!! Keep getting as much iron as you can. Next step is finding diamonds. There are potions in the game that make you faster and jump higher, but they require a lot of late game materials, so that isn't quite in reach yet.
Another Minecraft!!
Yesss. More to come too
On land, faster travel and higher jumping is basically only achieved by taming a horse and using a saddle on it.
This game is a game where everyone will tell you the best way to play but none will ever be the same
Dogs(wolves) like bones from skeletons.
No offense, it will take you a while to get the skills to move water in this game >.>
For now, you should feed Bones to Dogs to tame them.
Hold shift(or whatever you bound the crouch button to) to look over an edge, and you won't fall. Useful for building too.
I've always found minecraft very intuitive mostly
Dogs like bones, for example, is a very intuitive mechanic lol
potions can improve your speed and jump height and etc, youll need a brewing stand and glass bottles.
to obtain what you need you must enter the nether (the hell dimension)
"The one time I need coal and there's no coal around" congrats! you're a real minecrafter now
also yeah just make more storage?? you are not confined to the limits of a single chest.
to throw things down without immediately picking them back up you need to either back up really fast or throw them at least 1 block below the block you're standing on. like into a hole or off of a cliff. you can't fill the hole until they despawn though otherwise itll bring the items back up to your same level and you'll pick them up again haha
Got our merch today! Absolutely love it! ❤❤❤
this is a great series please keep going we all would like to see if you would be able to end up beating the game!!
13:38 Yes, every Minecrafter is. And you're on your way of becoming one.
So satisfying seeing all the iron at the end
Utterly brilliant. Never give up. You will be a master one day.
"What's the storyline? Did our plane crash here?"
Well, that's the beauty of Minecraft: it's all up to you 🌈imagination🌈.
You need a bone from a skeleton to tame the dog
u can speed up(swift potion) and jump more higher(jumpboost potion) with potion. craft it need brewing stand and for recipe u can actualy find in google for recipe cause in minecraft is not explained but is good for endgame content
JUST go undergeound for up to 64 iron, craft a full iron set, them u are kinda protected, or if you really want to commit go even deeper for about 32 diamonds for a set and you'll be set for almost the whole thing
Best thing is to see someone barley surviving the night (no hate) and some dude just finishes the game in 1 minute 😂
Tip: you should activeat keep inventory so you don't lose your inventory when you die
Absolutely delightful video ! Keep it up !
move faster and jump higher: Control or double tap forwards will allow you to sprint.
Taming a horse: RIGHT click with an EMPTY hand to get on a horse's back. you will be bucked off several times but eventually it will tame(hearts will appear briefly when this happens) feeding it things horses like first can make it easier to tame.
yes, you can make a speed potion and a jump potion
Yo if you want to light up your base with torches you should download a light level mod that shows you the light level on each block; I recommend lighty. It will make the task quite a bit easier because it will show you what you still need to light up. Also (3:21) use lava or cactus to dispose of items.
Or just push f3
W Video
Thanks!
Holy crap, that was a huge Iron vein in the end!
😂 drew you need bones to tame the dogs. You can get bones from skeletons or fish in the rivers
"Why are we so slow in ankle deep water?" Perhaps because that is waist deep water.
Go to a beach and try walking in ankle deep water, it is surprising how much it slows you down.
You can use doors and place them under water, it will let you breethe if you stay in that door
i usually build close to the area i first spawned so i can always compass my way home.
12:35 speed and jump boost potions
Really love this.
What happened to ep 7?
Copper is really useful... in Java Edition... with Create mod)
Yay! More Minecraft with Drew. Our whole family loves watching you. We enjoyed the live.
Not much of a Fortnight fan.
I missed Jeffery kicking your arse for hitting a villager, sad x
"How much of that stuff to i need?"
"Yes" :D
You should also turn your coordinates on, and keep a seed journal.
at the beginning I would suggest building a small building which you will use as a warehouse in which there will be only crates I would suggest that you have each crates for one type of material, then using the right mouse button and a hoe start growing plants sugar cane is important (remember that the plowed land must be near water) for sugar cane you do not plough the land you plant it right next to water and make a small farm for animals (cows and sheep are the most needed) you do not have to kill sheep to collect wool from them you can use scissors for this. The next step would be to bring settlers to you and give them a profession so that you can trade with them
ps.And the end credits appear when you defeat the dragon but you are not ready for it yet
ps.2 one more thing cows and sheep will follow you so you can herd them into the pen when you have wheat in your hand
