Yes, it was very helpful Great Grandpa Guilory wants to know if you can take the easy to forge Anderson Advisor Trust and LLC in trade for a Forgery Proof NICER Interdiction Living Trust, Permission Ledger DPOA, and Schedule B Counterfeit Free LLC, he's afraid he might not have enough time for you to add it to your videos. And would like to have the NICER 837PC Citizens and Sheriffs on call to arrest his greedy Trust Forging Son-in Laws by the holidays. He asked can TOLL to be the Co-Successor Trustee because he has some greedy thieving in-laws.
Yes, it was very helpful what would be more helpful is all the extra services to prevent financial elder abuse like forgery proof title holding entities, NICER 837PC Citizens, and Sheriffs on call to arrest Trust warned, permission tracked and Allied Legal Professional Trust Guardian Ledger exposed inheritance thieves. We'll be happy to pay the Prebate nickel to spare our kids the Probate dime or quarter and Litigation Agony.
I live in Brazil and I try to watch every video on estate planning (I'm already worried about how to leave my wealth to my children). Even though your videos are focused on the reality of the United States, I really like your approach as well as the sober way you share your faith at the end of the videos. That's why I watch them all until the end.
I agree. Video sound requires sitting right next to ipad even with volume at highest level. You have a very soft voice so keep in mind we are not sitting right next to you.
You should provide a discussion the significant difference and advantages in California for holding properties (not held in a Trust) as Community Property compared to Community Property With Right of Survivorship. You should also point out that marriage automatically makes creates community property but that Title held as Community Property must be recorded or re-recorded as Community Property With Right of Survivorship in order to obtain its benefits. Note that this provision for holding Title was established only in 2001, is not automatically applicable and that property owners who held Title prior to this date must convey their Title to Community Property With Right of Survivorship and must record this change in Title conveyance at the Office of the County Recorder. , You might also discuss how to handle issues of property held in non-community property ownership States.

The fact that you took the time to share how to plan for your death and your afterlife while living made this video so refreshing. Thanks for sharing about Jesus. The only real life insurance I know.

I normally say no to anything that gives more money to California politicians/officials But in this case Prop 19 was fair to other property tax payers. Continue please very informative. Medi-Cal I hate to think that California Tax Payers get stuck with the Bill when there were assets that should have gone to the paying of that debt, Again very informative.
I have an interesting question: I created my Trust a few years ago in another State, but never go it notarized, however I did have it signed by two witnesses. Form my understanding the Trust is not valid until I get it notarized? Can I get it notarized now? Do I need to get it notarized in the same State it was created or can I get it notarized in another State? or do I need to create a new Trust?
Wow! Thanks for the bible verse!🙏🏼❤️ QUestıon.. if I own a house as joint tenant, if the other owner dies do I have to pay a step up basis for 1/2 of the property? Do I need to do anything ? Thanks for the information, I haven't done a trust yet.😬
