Hi SpeedsterDEN ! Super Video, just for coincidene I found your posts about the LemonRX LM0052 on RCgroups! Super, you have this videos! I was searching to activate those bips on my DX8G2 with the telemetry. I have bought a Staufenbiel Epsilon 3500mm glider. And since this is a good glider model for thermals I bought the LM0052 for the vario but wasn´t sure if it is a good receiver. Seems to be good! 500m as you described on the post are enough for me :D On October I had my first gliding experience (I just started to fly on the beginning of this year, but I´m so stoked that I already have around 15 planes flying and some for building or maiden. I have noted all your configurations and will try this later. I need to see what are the rest of cables of the LM0052 for, I think temp and voltage. But I also have the powermeter for the battery on my model...
@@ficosk8 @SpeedsterDEN AR637TA version doesn't have barometer what i read in the manual (those comes with BNF models) just the T version has it. I went for it for now but would be nice to get a cheaper RX working with Vario and maybe some basic stabilisation. Does LemonRX 0052 do these or u need extra modules?
@@killmz LemonRX has that included in the more expensive receiver from $30 and up. The 7 and 10 Ch with gyro (Gen2) and also the older 7Ch with sensors and telemetry. They work great!
@@killmz I have tested the barometer of my Ar637t and it works. I have also a TA in my Draco but didn’t know that. I could test it someday when I repair my Draco 🤣
Same RX, and I use the same set up on the Spektrum RX. Set it up as in the video :) If no tones then try to rebind on a test model in the tx, and try again..
Hey buddy, I watched your videos, very good and easy to follow THANK YOU! I have a Gen 2 DX9 with a Telemetry AR410 receiver. I do the auto config many times, the radio accepts the telemetry BUT, there is no Vario sound or graph motion and she tells me "No Altitude data" I am missing something but have no idea what to try. Can you assist pleae? Cheers Michael
As I can see there is no altitude and variometer on the AR410 Here from Spektrum: Telemetry Built into the AR410 is telemetry that automatically delivers vital data to your Spektrum telemetry-capable transmitter. With fly-by range, you can retrieve flight log data such as any fades, frame losses or holds and see receiver voltage status in real-time.
Can you tell me please, would a gen2 Spektrum DX8 with TM1000 give an audible rising falling tone and an audible altitude voice with the Vspeak variometer.
I Think so, but not sure, because the vspeak soundmodule can work together with the tm1000 and a Spektrum altimeter gauge as a variometer. And if the vspeak vario gauge work as a Spektrum altimeter it will not work as a variometer together with the 8 gen2 but only as a altimeter. But Volker from Vspeak can answer if you send him a mail If you have a DX8 2 and use a 6 ch rx then just get the AR6610 then you have all you need 😃
First you must be sure it is the Spektrum dx6 G2 tx, then you must have a Spektrum Telemetri rx with variometer gauge, or a TM1000 telemetri module + variometer gauge, or a Lemon 0052 telemetri reciver.
I am the Danish champion in F5j gliders, and I have no problem to see and feel when the glider flying in sink ;) so I just don't want to hear the vario all the time. My thermal duration record is 9 hours 8 min, and I have won the Danish yearly summer thermal duration contest for the last 9 years in a row and the winter contest 8 times, so I have no problem to keep the glider in the air without the down tone :)
Your right Soren, I could not find a way to turn the Altitude off on my 9 either. Thanks for confirming that.
Thanks, this was just what I needed.

I tried this on a AR637T but it showed only altitude on my very first Volantex ASW28.

I guess this is the same formula size glider?
What RX are you using ? I have lemon 0052 with DX9 and can’t get vario tones 🤷♂️

I did it as you said but still on sound when it goes up or down, What did I miss
Can you see the curve change on the vario screen when you lift the plane 😳
@@SpeedsterDEN yes but no sound
thanks
Great instructional video 💖
Hey there thanks for this show of how to.. cheers mate and good winds ;-)
Can any one pls tell me how to have my Dx6 transmitter speak the altitude to me fairly new this many thanks ian

Do you know if this works with the AR6200?
If you have a TM1000 + variometer gauge and a G2 Spektrum tx with sound module, then yes..
thanks
Sinkreport -5.0 m/s?? That means you throw away info that helps you to stay up. Better learn to use it instead.
