I have no idea what look you were going for....but dang, this looks perfect to me!! When I first started watching your videos I was feeling overwhelmed by what and how you do things. Then it dawned on me...much of what you do in painting, is what I do in baking or cooking. So now I'm able to relate much better. We both have recipes, and an order in which we add ingredients, the look you are going for is what I do in how something tastes. And as far as different pour/paint technics, I relate to different ways to bake bread....in a loaf pan, baking sheet or even a skillet. You can score bread dough with scissors or a knife to get a desired look, or bread bake in a skillet with naturally crack open. Brushing dough with egg wash will result in a crisper top, but waiting to brush the top with butter after out of the oven will give you a softer bread crust. It just all depends on what a person prefers. Anyway, hope I haven't bored you too much. But now I think I can do this...started out on a smaller scale of course. And just like baking, the more you do it, the better you get! Thanks so much for all your wonderful videos!!
OMGosh!! This one is just incredibly beautiful and beyond!!! I LOVE the white negative space!! You did such an amazing creative job on this....I can't even believe how incredibly gorgeous this piece is!!! You should enter this piece in the Museum of Modern Arts!!
It's AMAZINGGGG. It's such a creative idea and I regret not coming across it earlier 😅. The artwork reminds me of tentacles and octopi because of the purples and little bubbles of negative space between the colours.
Absolutely amazing. You can see an eye in the middle at 4:02 I just thought of a cool idea.... what if you used one of these as an underpainting for an abstract painting? Do this, let it dry, then do a painting on top in some areas to add other details. I think that would look really cool

Well this is the best yet! It looks so much like a microscope slide in places. Does anyone know how well and how these dry, do they crack and if so how to minimize and preserve the pre dried look?
I've been inspired by your videos to try some of your techniques. One of my best techniques is "finger painting." It gives a look I just can't get with any brush or tool. Plus it's really fun!
