It's located in the "Shadow World" right where the tower should be and the forums seem to be calling twister the "15th shadow dungeon". Hope that helps. :)
If it is not there i'd suggest checking whether your game is up to date or not. For instance mine wasn't udating itself automaticly so i had to do it manually. :P

hey m8 what is twister what we need to do for unlock this i am 214 level and i cannot find it
