For interview we need clear mains.....And second thing is that weightage of mains and interview compare....If you did well in mains then you would be confident in interview..... Interview means our conscious view....Person never make IAS but personality......

आश्चर्य होता है, हर सलेक्टेड छात्र कहता है .. मैंने कुछ नहीं पढ़ा था। चाहे कोई कितना भी क्यों न पढ़ ले सलेक्शन तो ncert वाले छात्र का होता है।
अब exam eligibility , graduation से हटाकर 12th standard. कर देना चाहिए... ताकि छात्र ncert पढ़े और अपना सलेक्शन पक्का करे...
