Snapped the top off my femur in February after a silly wide take off hitting one of the last jumps on ‘busted nuts’ - can’t wait to get back on these trails again!
Karrackatoa is my favourite! Hahahaha. Busted nuts use to be blue when it was first built...but was sending people way high...on helicopter ride...to the hospital so they changed it to black 🤣
I'm jealous of that trail spot. I'd be keen to see a bike packing video(s) at some point too. That trail you mentioned sounded epic for a multi day trip. I wish I wasn't on the opposite side of the country :(
Great terrain and dirt for building tracks, minimal maintenance and erosion control required. I really don't know why after 4 years of Emtbs why anyone wouldn't want to explore new Grounds and send again and again all day on a Emtb. . All the current world leading riders in mtb ride them for practice and Fun,fun, fun. They are not for racing just sheer joy. If your ego is looking for a trip I suggest you give a Emtb a proper long ,hard and fast up / down flow. It's not one or the other but ride both Emtbs and naturally aspirated mtbs to enhance the fun. Do you think Einstein, Davinci and Darwin would have said " No I won't ride one because my mates would give me a hard time" Grow a set boys. E=Mtb²
@@Froff It's not if but when you'll have one. A bit like the chance of crashes in mtb. I'll let you know when I'm back in Derby and I'll lend you a Levo for a couple of days if you can make it. People might LIVE somewhere in the world but if they come to Derby and ride a Emtb up and down all day ,hard and fast they will be ALIVE .😁🙃🤔🤪🤣 .E=Mtb²

Pretty sure that is Later-rite connecting trail between the main trail head and Karrakatoa/Izamnia

Have a look at the new 2023 Pivot shuttle. 60nm light and your mates won't even know its a Emtb. No visible signs of a motor 🤪 E=Mtb²
