Hope you all enjoyed this movie with me, it was an emotional rollercoaster, and I cant recall the last time I cried so much during a movie..
No spoilers and to answer your question Yuta was given a white uniform to indicate that he is a problem child beware of him and he also met Todo before fighting with Geto, he ALONE managed to defeat Todo and his schoolmates as mentioned in season 1 which indicates he is way more powerful than Itadori and Megumi combined. As a manga reader, I will tell you one thing invest in GOTATSU as he is showing us all why Gojo has so much faith in him.
Gojo does tends to do that... marking people tgat need special treatment, literally what he did with Yujis uniform so he could easily recognize him. It is nice to see those details. Also season 2 and manga are going to be a CRAZY ride if I have to say so myself. Sooo glad You are enjoying it so far.

25:08 Yuta’s uniform is in part white because it’s the color reserved for “problematic child/student” by Jujutsu High/Tech standards.
So is that why yuji has red in his suit and navy blue
@@JadierlikeCartier it was ask by gojo to replace the white but it is also a way for the mangaka to differenciate yuta and yuji, to mark for thoes that had aldery read jjk0 that yuji is not yuta 2.0
@@JadierlikeCartier Nah, Yuji has a normal (but customised) uniform. He doesn't need white because he has control over Sukuna whilst Rika had a mind of her own and would attack without Yuta's permission

31:40 I'm sure it's evident later on that geto is very strong indeed, but despite the principal not actually knowing what geto's plan is and whether he's alone or not, he just sensed geto's presence and immediately declared that semi first grade is the minimum required rank to face him, and that he needed EVERYONE. As a principal I'm sure safety is his first choice, but geto is very much capable of laying waste to the school if it wasn't for gojo. (and ofc later on yuta gets strong as hell)

you mention yuji and yuta are similar, but they are both very different as in, yuji was a vesell, but yuta was cursed, yuji isnt a special grade sorcerer even with sukuna, since he's just a vessel, while yuta is a special grade human even without rika, yuta and geto are very much different, rika was born because of yuta's emotion, geto just yoink curses he could find, what makes geto a special grade is the sheer number of curse he has, a special grade sorcerer is classified so because they can take over an entire nation, with geto's cursed, it'll be easy to do so since he basically got an army of his self, now you know why daddy gojo is one of the special grade
Maki stands no chance against Geto LOL. He is Special Grade and she isn't even close to that, she's like grade 2. No shot against one of the 4 Special Grades. She is deemed a failure of the Zenin Clan as she can't use cursed energy like every other Zenin member aside from one other which you'll see in Season 2. I love Maki but Geto would kill her easily. Plus this movie takes place before the events of Season 1.
Back in the movie she was at most Grade 3 I believe (like talking about ability bc she was oficially a Grade 4, same as always).

Geto (the villain of this movie ) gotta be the best character in the jjk though i like Yuji the most.

Special grades get special uniform colors to make then standout hence yutas white
no .All Jujutsu tech people has the standard black uniform.
Yuta was given white uniform because when he joined tokyo tech, he was label as a special threat and thus he was name a cursed child .
He was given white as he a threat to jjk world.
just to let u know that s2 has a more simpler style so that they could focus more on the fluid fight scenes! but believe me they ARE SOOO good... and theres still very very detailed close up scenes that look so badass, Gllll

If I’m not mistaken, The guy who ran Rika over with the car was the guy from Season 1 from the delinquent facility that Megumi and Yuji had the argument over about trying to save the body
you are mistaken, Tadashi was in a juvenile center, so he was a minor. Rika died 7 years prior to the main timeline, hard to imagine an 11 year old or less (assuming he was at most 18 at the time of his death) driving a car in Japan.
Man if you cried this much only by seeing the movie then no wonder what will happen to u in S2 😔

@@laurainathunderstorm i mean using AI is already a huge no-no, then they try to claim that it took them hours to do it? and that they did it themselves? like dude cmon you typed a tag into a prompt, from a person that made absolutely no effort i'd expect at least the honesty of saying it was not "made by them" and that it was effortless, but i'm probably expecting too much.
@@ID... she didn't claim it was made by her, she just said it took her hours, which between editing, making the background transparent and actually getting a decent AI image it might have been close to true, bc when I had to use AI for homework (my English teacher wanted us to create images with prompts in English since we´re not native speakers) the amount of time it took me so that all images had their facial features where they needed to be and the right amount of fingers and colors of the objects (example "blue boat" and it gave me a white boat witha few blue details) was 2 and a half hours. So she'sw not claiming she put in effort or creativity, just time. Also if AI exists why is it a no-no to use it? makes life easier for people who are busy with other stuff, in her case filming and editing.

That wasn't gojo s purple, his technique is copying but he can't copy the very complicated technique like gojo's or sukuna s, but yeah the final attack was insane

Fun fact: The person whose body Yuji wanted to save but wasn't able to in season 1 from the juvenile center, was the driver who killed Rika.
That's 100% an assumption, a popular one, and in no way confirmed. (I also believe this theory, but it just hasn't been confirmed or denied)
A lot of people talk about how the timeline doesn't work or something thinking the driver "would've had to have been a child" or something but he could have been as old as 13 because juvenile detention centers in Japan are for people up to 20 years old.
@@KrayzieStiles still hard to imagine a 13 year old casually driving and no one at the scene of the accident commenting on it, also do you think someone would stay 7 years in a juvenile center?
@laurainathunderstorm normally if you get tried as an adult, depeding on your charges, if convicted you would stay at the juvenile center until you turned 18 then you would spend the rest of your sentence in an adult prison.
So it's not outside of the realm of possibility.

Also all the story points that haven't been touched and probably will never be brought back up, it's more likely that it was just a coincidence. Cause even if he was the driver, what would the point really? He's dead and it wasn't even Yuta but Yuji that found him and Megumi was the only one to read the backgrounds on the people left in the detention center.
