I have a sneaking suspicion that Promods is a SCS side project to lure it's fans to continue buying the DLCs - up until now you couldn't play with it if you don't have ALL the released DLCs... I was very disappointed by that
And soon SCS will release 1.54 update and again we have to wait for newer version of the Pro Mods. Pro mods should be available from Steam so we don't have to download everything everytime when ever there is new update
There is no way to upload map expansions on Steam. Even so, if instant updates were available you would still have to wait until the next update is being developed. We can't start adapting to a new version or a new DLC before that update is available to the public.

I'm greek guy there is a possibility that the promonts will add new Greek cities because half of them are left and our Greek map is not very full

If the update is not major or interesting enough I keep the game on the older vers. through the beta branch.
Then they wouldn't be able to milk you for a dollar every time you want a download link without waiting for an hour for all parts.
