I also have a large tumor
recently located at the whole top of my left kidney.
May 5 is my surgery date.
I'm very scared. But I'm holding my faith that things will be ok.
I've been having panic attacks.
We both got this and gods hands will lead our surgeons and protect us from harm.

@@slazz9 I had no complications at all, and I would say that after about 6 weeks, I was back to near normal!

Jay I had a kidney tumor removed 2 years ago . I was feeling like you they got it all out and didn't have any other treatment the procedure will go good for you and you do have faith. Good luck keep in touch on how your feeling.
That's awesome to hear. The doctor told me that 1 in 4 procedures result in the hole in the kidney not sealing right and requiring a stint. Did you have any difficulties like that?
@@malonecustomdesigns I had to have a stint in after my surgery for a couple of months to straighten my tube out OK now .

I discovered your channel while looking up drone laws in Arkansas, and I've really enjoyed your content on here. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. My father had the same situation pop up several years ago. He went in for a checkup, and the doctor felt an odd lump. They went in to remove the tumor but had to take the whole kidney. He bounced back 100% and is doing great now. So hang in there. You can beat this.

Thanks for the update and glad you are doing well. I had to have a tumor removed from my neck a few years ago and it was a quick recovery. Mine turned out to not be cancer. Just wanted to share my experience. Stay strong in your faith and God will be with you. Continued prayers.

How brave and honest of you to share this journey. Men tend to shovel down their feelings and not be open. I commend you on educating your viewers about the options and symptoms. Jay u will be fine, I know a few people with similar conditions and they r all doing well, if you do need to loose a kidney u can live happily with one. Ur heart I would reckon stress worrying but I'm sure God is on ur side and I as always will be praying for you God bless you x

Very sorry for anyone to deal with this. I pray that she has a good of results as I did. Everything went BETTER than expected for me. 2.5 years and I'm still cancer free!

So sorry to hear that Jay, Sending a prayer for you. Look into anti cancerous fruits, vegetables and alternative medicine to support the operation. It never harms and who knows what it can do. I can also recommend Boswellia, I've taken that myself against bowel inflammations

I don't remember the term Focused Ultrasound, but could that be the same thing that he was referring to as freezing it. I think he mentioned ultrasound when he was talking about that.
Jay Malone freezing is different. They are just starting to use the focused ultrasound in the USA. They use a lot in England. No cutting of the skin at all. They use it for prostate tumors a lot. Ask your dr to make sure it’s not an option! Take care. Tom

Ouuuu not to forget.... My mom is now 74... She has aaaaaaal possible differennt health troubles. Just rare with kidney troubles, but has only one kidney since she was age 9.

I had surgery 2.5 years ago. All of the cancer was removed and I was in the hospital for less than 24 hours. No complications whatsoever! I go back tomorrow for a follow-up CT scan to make sure that I am still cancer-free! Best wishes and prayers to you! They worked for me!

Hello everyone I have a 4.1cm tumor on the top of my right kidney and was called by the Cancer nurse today and she said they were going to remove the whole kidney but originally it was planned as a Robot assisted partial removal. This has left me very confused because of the sudden change. I'm going to ask my surgeon at my appointment in two weeks why he has chosen to perform a full removal as opposed to a partial.I have also considered a biopsy but the nurse told me it's only 70% accurate she also she said 1 to 2 people can have a benign tumor so feels a bit like a lottery any advice would be appreciated.
My dad has a 3cm tumor at the top of his right kidney, odd are 25% benign but biopsy was done just to check so that he didn't have to go through an unnecessary surgery. Its come back cancerous but early so will just have it whipped out. Hopefully just tumor but if they need to take the kidney, as he said, so be it. I hope you are OK and send love your way xx
@@rosec7008 hi rose hope everything is ok I've got to make decisions today either a partial or full I'm worried about the parcail as I've heard they can sometimes leave Cancer behind at the site so don't know what to do go for the full or the later.

Positive news a bit scary I know but the doctor is taking a direct approach to the tumor, depending on what he finds once he's in, hopefully he'll be able to remove the tumor and affected surrounding area and leave rest of kidney, you may need Chemo after - he positive - prayers for you and your family

.they just found a solid mass in my right upper renal lobe ..i would so like to talk with you somehow..im scared ..very i cant think straight..glued to my ph trying to get info..but was told its not good too.but i cant help myself..its the 1st thing i think of when i awaken and last before bed..its taken over my life..1st how big was your mass ?did they catch it early..and only tumor removed. ? And i hate to ask can we talk somehow? Please help..i promise to do the same if i have a positive outcome..i wana help people already but no feeling is better than helping desperate scared folk..if not i totally understand..
