Air quality / pollution Mactan Newtown vs IT / Business Park, from your experience ?

I could see the planes on a daily basis however I rarely could hear them. I did hear Roosters as you hear in most of the Philippines. I once purchased a home behind a hospital. Not knowing that there was a Helicopter landing pad on the roof. I was shocked, but after about 3 weeks, I no longer noticed the sound. In my opinion the air quality in both places was really good. You almost always have a sea breeze coming through. I have been in California most of my life and not near the coast mostly. So to me the air seems Great in Mactan Newtown and the IT Business park area.

Retiring next year - a solid fact-finding mission is key. The Mactan Newtown and IT / Business Park areas are high on my condo target list. And yes, some covered, easily accessible parking space also matters to me 😊
