Sir. I want to ask if there is a Torque Rod in the worm steer. What is its function actually for? Because I have a Worm Steer for an Isuzu Trooper Diesel car where my steer is heavy and I have replaced the Seal Kit but it is still heavy, the information I got had to be checked and the Torque Rod part modified by using a Lathe. So far this has never been discussed with you. automotive tube functions and uses. ? Thank you, I'm waiting for the answer
Continually amazed these people work in the dirt. Why the hell don't they have even a simple table with any power tools. Surely they have even electricity? These people never clean or police their area.
Americans are way too lazy to do this kind of work and probably not smart enough. We would just throw it away and buy a new one................................
If you bought a new steering box at the parts store, you’d pay a core deposit until your old one is turned in. That old one goes through a similar process…rebuild/inspect/etc. This is a Saginaw style box, you can find seal kits for most car’s boxes, even rack and pinion. But for the average garage mechanic, they’ll need to do a lot of learning, buy parts, wait for them, then rebuild. Most people probably don’t want to bother with it. Used to be, starter and alternator parts like brushes, diodes, etc would be stocked by parts stores but that was 30 years ago. You can still get them on eBay and such. Plenty of videos around. I’ve rebuilt starters, alternators, transmissions, engines. Watched lots of YT videos. My guess is there’s a perceived veil of mystery and magic so people don’t touch them. It’s a shame, it ain’t too complicated.
Разобрали, помыли , собрали, и весь ремонт , молодцы
