Hello, I need your help. Will installing firmware from st link to the BLE solve the issue like firmware/bms flash fail?
When I try to flash firmware from M365 downg or M365 patched App. It fails and says: 4sent retry.
App gives this info about firmwares:
BLE Ver:-10201
BMS Ver:-10201
BLE Ver:-10201
DRV Ver:500
Please help me🥺 I can't flash anything.

It worked. Thank you very much for the files and this detailed tutorial. I have a Pro and this restores it to the standard M365 firmware 1.3 and doesn't have Sports mode. After, I reflashed 1.5.5 for the Pro to enable Sports mode using M365DownG.

Hi I have a question. Will this procedure work with esc from xiaomi scooter pro 2 I did update drv(esc) to 2.5.2 and I can't change it via BLE. Will the rec.bin with the stlink connected to the esc change my soft to the older one (will it replace the 2.5.2 (st32) version for the older one?

One question. Is it necessary to write S/N? What if i dont have original S/N and put different one?

It needs to be the original one or it will just give you the error code 35.

My original controller died on me and now I got new one. But not showing serial but works perfectly. I know my old serial how can I flash it on this new controller??? Anyone know???

Why is 1.55 recommended? what if the scooter already has 1.60? is it better to downgrade to 1.55 still?
So i tried this and it said 'flash complete' but then it said error quickly towards the end then back to 'Thank you...". Now my control board isnt getting recognised by my computer or my scooter. The wires were connect well and didn't disconnect during the flash. Its now a useless control board. Any ideas?
Trying st link, but error occurs: Init mode failed. Cant connect to my ble. Havent tried ESC. Whats the problem i cant connect? I have flashed via phone and it bricked. No version, noting left, doesnt drive.
Hello, I did the instruction one by one on the site, as you said, I also installed the software, there was no problem so far. I waited for the serial number, I took care of everything and it's done. Then I plugged it into the scooter but the screen did not come on, I disconnected the connections again and connected the St-link again for a minute or two, the computer was idle and I was looking for the serial number of the scooter at that time, and the lights on the motherboard went out and the computer got an error saying power was loaded in the USB point. I disconnected it, but the problem continued, so I clicked on the alert and there was an option called reset, I clicked on it. I restarted the computer, I tried again, but the computer does not see St-link works fine, at the same time, there is no problem with the card. Whatever I need to do I would be glad if you could help.
When I plug in the C, D, G cables, the usb continues, but when the 5V cable is plugged in, the usb connection is broken.

Going to give this a try I got the st link today. Will this work on all Xiaomi model scooters ? Also will this work on dash if I connect it. Or is this only for the controller way. If so have you got a dashboard tutorial that definitely work and software? Reason asked because Its quicker and less screwing of panel and getting the controller out and takes to long. If you got a link please can you link in on here for us plesse

Привет, подскажи пожалуйста , самокат работает от зарядки , но при отключении зарядки перестаёт работать. Проверил что чёрный провод провод прозванивается только доходя до платы что в силиконе. Я перепаял его напрямую минуя плату и самокат заработал . Но что делать ? Как же теперь его заряжать ?

Cкорость была 30км/ч. После прошивки для нового экрана Скорость самоката xiaomi m365 была максимум 20км/ч (на разных прошивках). Сегодня востанновил BLE и BMS через ST-link, залил прошивку от xn--80atlli8e.x…struktor-proshivok-pro GONKAD365 через блуетулс, Сейчас едет 24-25КМ/ч. что делать ? как вернуть 30км ?

I have the m365 classic scooter to 1.5.4 firmware. it is possible to upload custom FW from botox.nz site directly to DRV with STLINK and let BLE module with 1.5.4? as it is not working to be downgraded via stlink.

Miquel Manzano i Ribas Hello :) You have to move the file rec.bin in D:\m365rec
ec.bin like in the video ("Path to rec bin" ) If u didn't fot the file m365rec in your disk D:\ just create a file called m365rec and move the file rec.bin into this. After you just have to show to the software the path to rec.bin. (bexore doing this disconnect and reconnect the motherboard and restart the operation thangs what i did and it work) Gl :)

@@friwax1662 Holy smokes that actually fixed my problem, i had the same issue. Had to move the rec.bin file to C:\M365

Yes its a downgrade to Version 1.3.4 . Do also the BLE and you can connect to third party apps. Then you can flash every other firmware you want.

i just installed a wrong BLE to xiaomi 365 Pro . (BLE073) , now my scooter doesn't work. If I connect it via Bluetooth with my phone, its turn of in 30sec. What helps now? st link, i know , but can I just change a main motherboard and then works?
