    Has Hannah tried anything with medical marijuana (capsule or otherwise), to assist in relaxing her muscles in the hopes of gaining higher motor function (no pun intended)?

      I might be wrong, but I don't think that's legal in England, not even for medical reasons.

      This was off Wikipedia, so the validity and factual points might not be perfect, but other research is showing it's legal but purely for medical use. "Cannabis in the United Kingdom is illegal for recreational use and is classified as a Class B drug. In 2004, cannabis was made a Class C drug with less severe penalties but it was moved back to Class B in 2009. Medical use of cannabis, when prescribed by a registered specialist doctor, was legalized in November 2018."
