- Hello everyone! This is a simple watercolor forest circle tutorial for beginners. I hope you enjoy this easy tutorial!
Materials:
Brush: Art n Fly watercolor brush pen, Nobel 168B and Dollarama brush (the small square brush)
Watercolors: Whitenights Leningrad (Green Original & Turquoise Blue)
Paper: Canson Watercolor Paper 140 lb

The painting doesn't even resemble a circle, I've made a mess and somehow started fire. Heh.
And dont forget the disappointmet we feel in our self for not bein successful in the drawing

Temmie Village it may look difficult and too much work, especially the trees but she applied it while it’s wet so it’ll bloom or spread out bc that’s what watercolor does when it touches water and that’s already half the work and for the rest she just used a small brush to go horizontally. As for the background it will literally blend itself out because of the water she place before she put the paint in. Hope u try it seems like an awesome tutorial.

That was seriously a great tutorial! My painting turned out great. Never thought about blending in the pine trees with the water like that, I always drew them on one by one and never got that fussy thick forest look. Thank you!

Nope, but for this picture they mainly used that technique. Water colour is a very expanse art style with various techniques you can use :)

Hey there!! I recommend using watercolor paper or sketch book paper, because it will absorb the watercolor nicely😊
Shannen Ang thank you so much , i was actually gonna make journal , and i wanted to do painting in that book , but now i am not sure whether I will get any small diary sketchbook :( , cuz its mostly in large size
try any paper that is sturdy and doesn't absorb too much but will still take the color (so you can fix mistakes as you go) c:

You should include that this is not a beginner level simple.. because one needs some skills to do this and find it simple.
Also high quality watercolours and specific paper and not standard printer paper lol

Paper should be thick, not paint.

Kayla Brearley. Any paint shall work, just do it whatever way your comfortable with!!😊 But if your using gouache paint I recommend you to test and mix colors first so you know how dark or light the paint shall be, and don't add too much water!😊

i failed at the part where it said add turquoise cuz i just have like 12 colors and turquoise is definitively not one of them
Boy oh boy did mine turn out shitty. Such a noob. Even my paper is a noob. I put the water on first and it started tearing up. This is thick watercolor paper too. So demoralizing.
