In recent amendments in motorcycle act, modifications of Silencer's are also banned, due to heavy noise. Once check the act properly before of doing modification bro. Because it might hurt your happiness. But as a bike lover I should say, the sounds of exhausts are awesome...
brother can you give any link or context stating the prohibition against certain type of modification because I haven't found any solid amendments on the internet, just articles and forums. I also want to do certain modification but worried of the law.

I just wanted to make sure that they dont overcharge for any penalty. if I have done any mistake I should only face the consequences that justifies it not otherwise. moreover it states prohibition against altering the basic structure or parts but if we want to add something like air filter, chain tensioner.etc that shouldn't be against law

Lel givt ke hisaab se bht cheejein illegal hein...but still sab cheejein india mei aati hi hein...kyuki inko paisa khaana hai.....pehle exhaust illegal declare kar denge....fir aftermarket copy ka chalaan karwa denge....or original exhausts import karne par 80-90% tax lagate hein or fir USKE BAAD bhi chalaan kaat dete hein.....yahaan rules ke hisaab se chaloge to biker hone ka maja nahi le paoge 🙄😒

When you preferred the sound more than the performance,be equally prepared to burn..MORE MONEY!! It's not a SO SIMPLE PROCESS guys! Once you'd fixed an aftermarket exhaust system to your bike,you MUST reset your ECU settings and so forth.. its not those PLUG & PLAY stuff. Do more research about this because its gonna affect YOUR WHOLE BIKE PERFORMANCE and longevity!
