Of the dolls featured in this video, I have the Grace Kelly dolls and the Misty Copeland doll. I was aware of most of the mass-market ones when they came out, but most of them just weren't very well done in my opinion. The likeness for Beyoncé, Audrey Hepburn and Laverne Cox just isn't there, and some of the design decisions for the Marilyn dolls just didn't work in my opinion. The Cher and Jennifer Lopez dolls were well done, but I just wasn't enamored of them for whatever reason. I do have several other celebrity dolls not featured in this video, like Diahann Carroll as Julia from 1969, Sally Anne Howes as Truly Scrumptious also from 1969, Donny & Marie Osmond from 1977, Kate Jackson from 1978, Kitty O'Neill from 1978, Cheryl Ladd from 1978, Debby Boone from 1978, and more recent dolls like Gloria Estefan and Tina Turner, as well as dolls from the Inspiring Women series like Rosa Parks, Anna Mae Wong, and several others. I do find it interesting that the Elizabeth Taylor dolls weren't mentioned in this list, given the dolls that were featured. This list almost feels random to me, like Buzzfeed-level of research was put into it.
The Diahann Carroll as Julia Barbie was the first celebrity Barbie if I'm not mistaken. However, probably due to Mattel not wanting to make a mold it couldn't use for multiple doll lines, Julia had Christie's (Barbie's Black friend at the time) face instead of Diahann's.

And just like Julia, the Twiggy doll used an existing face sculpt (Casey) and Truly Scrumptious used the Francie face.
