    I appreciate your video, but this is far from effortless, and if someone had to do this often, then all the manual text editing would soon prove cost inefficient. Excel should have a utility that would allow you to select a table and export it into XML. Since it isn't intelligent to create a map from column headers, the next best thing is to create a VBA routine that does this for you.
