invalid, entering into a contract as an employee, employer-employee is a stipulation of the contract. so bale di sya talaga ung object ng contract but it is a condition of the company. depende po un sa company, kase there is a liberty of stipulations basta hindi contrary to law.
To clarify po, Yung "basta hindi contrary to the law", meron po bang business dito sa pilipinas na pwedeng hindi mag abide sa labor laws/constitutions? Ty po sa sagot.
