What are your thoughts on Elysium?
To my nose it smells like aventus,bleu de channel and sauvage blended together that cost $300. No thank you
Wore it for 5 days straight to test. Wasn't impressed. Sold it.
Honestly, this is not for me. Too much of everything dumped into a bottle and bergamot is among my least favorite scents, right up there with iris. Yuk.
All i smell is grapefruit.

Trust me please- PLEASE Daver you won’t be disappointed. In my honest opinion it is: 30% Aventus + 30% Elysium + 40% M.D.C.I D.N.A=🔥♥️💎💚🔥💛💎🔥
One little caveat: instead of Pineapple, they utilize 🍉🍉🍉 as their dominant fruit note.....
I recently bought it and on me it lasts the full day(8++). However i apply it as Roja himself recomments it. Much on a tiny spot, rather than less everywhere. I apply 2 full sprays on each wrist and optional 2 on my neck. my wrist smells the whole day and perfectly sorounds myself with it. I love it when i move my arms and get this breeze in my nose.
On me it last 9+hours every single time I wear it and I only go 4 or 5 sprays , great scent and draws so many compliments, I'll say this is on my top 5 purchases of 2018.

I'm in Mobile Alabama. Humidity & heat is HIGH. Love this one. I noticed that I go nose blind to it pretty quick but people still pay me compliments 8 hours deep.

Are you sure it’s not just olfactory fatigue? Because that’s what I thought first until someone complemented me way past 6 hours and they weren’t even close to me.

I love Elysium! First day I put it on got 3 compliments when I went to the store! 8-9 + hours easily on my skin!
Alvis yeah lasts 12 hours on me. i think a lot of people do not know how to properly test for olfactive fatigue and just chalk it up for poor performance.
@@wulfman9484 that’s what I’m saying!! I thought it was gone until I kept getting compliments way after 6 hours and they weren’t even close to me. People will smell it. The dry down is better than Aventus to me. It’s so complex.
Nice review! I find it very green, transparent and black currant dominant. I have tried both versions side by side and price aside, i vastly prefer the Parfum. Its fuller, frutier and less heavy on the black currant.
Lack of longevity is an automatic no-go for me. Need at least 6 hours of scent, especially for 300 $ plus.

I do like this one a lot.Extrait version to me is a better fragrances-it's deeper and reacher , but it comes with a hefty price tag .

Great high quality scent but dont last very long, still a happy buyer.
I've not been able to get my nose on this one yet... I have smelled most of Roja's line and so far the only one I ever pulled the trigger on was Creation-E (freaking LOVE that juice as does my wife) but as you said they all smell very expensive... I will admit I am really interested in smelling this though... ^_^ Great job as always...

Thanks for the review.. Yeah def doesn't sound like an aventus killer at all... I think an aventus killer would have to be something significantly cheaper as well.. Sounds good, but i probably wouldn't get it.. For top dollar I need performance as well..

Supernova from DUA fragrances.... an exact clone of this, smells amazing and last at least 8 hrs on my skin. It does have a pineapple note, maybe that why it's compared to Aventus
Purchased this last wk after sampling and it's top drawer! Not as beastly as aventus but this is no slouch. Compliments off the chart in sunny Scotland🏴👌

To my nose as i remember it's 50'% Aventus 50% D&G light blue for women.
the extrait last at least 15 hours .. way better performance

Got my sample of Elysium yesterday. I still like Aventus better, but this is pretty good.
I like it a lot, but theirs something going on thats stopping me from loving it.
On one hand, I think the scent is beautiful and super high quality. On the other, I get a cleaning product vibe.
Not quite sure how to feel about it yet.
Performance is doodoo.. Smell was ehhh. Maybe I need a sample to get a better feel or smell.
The parfum extrait is amazing! I wasn't overly impressed with the cologne due to its performance and slightly peppery feel but the parfum really is phenomenal, smooth and refined, probably my favourite scent!
Good fragrance but too expensive for what it is. I couldn’t agree that u said Elysium smell expensive, it smells better quality of designer fragrance.

I don't know what to think when it comes to Roja perfumes... Because of the hype I bought the eau de parfum of ENIGMA Woman. It smells like the (rather cheap) Lancôme Trésor and lasts 20 minutes on me (maximum). And, yes, my bottle is an original and, yes, it is not old. I am hugely disappointed. Maybe ENIGMA for men smells awesome and hence the hype (I didn't have a chance to try it) but the woman's version is a HUGE disappointment... I don't understand... :(

unfortunately true, it smells exactly like the original Trésor from Lancôme. And that is an old and cheap fragrance. VERY disappointed... Maybe indeed the men's version of Enigma smells way better? I didn't have the chance to try it. I mean, people here on youtube LOOOOOOOOOVE the men's version so there must be something to it, right?
5Heliotrope hi I actually own a bottle of enigma Parfum PH. I might be bit better than Pour femme version of enigma but it’s not holy grail fragrance I have to say. If you are very experienced nose and taking very serious on spending money on perfumes, enigma PH might not even match your expectations and the money you paying for. Enigma is too overrated, it’s kinda special for the noobs somehow, they think tobacco and cognac are perfect blending to making fragrance of enigma. IMHO, enigma is not deserved such high rating, it’s nice, but it’s far away from the people calling it as a masterpiece. Friend of mine told me that enigma smells like average niche perfumes that I have yet to smell. Fetish Parfum is the best work from Men’s line to my nose, but still copy from Hermés Bal ami. Danger smells very similar to heritage it’s bit more complex and refine.

Well, I have read several Roja perfume reviews that stated the fact that some of Roja's creations are olfactorical reminders of Guerlain juices. No surprise there, since Roja used to work for Guerlain for almost 20 years. But after all the cheering here, I was, as mentioned earlier, very disappointed of Enigma PF. I will have the opportunity hopefully to smell some of his other creations soon (there is only one shop in my city that sells his perfumes). Maybe it is just like with another classic everybody on youtube went crazy about and I was disappointed by: Coromandel by Chanel. I wanted to love it so badly but I find it to be very average (smells like fresh soil with a hint of sweet mud) and sillage & longevity are a joke (20 minutes on my skin, then vanished).That was another bummer... And with Roja: Well, we shall see, smell and learn ;)

Roja is best
There can not be an Aventus killer. I feel the reason is even the clones "Vintage" line and all the others still cannot break the bonds of admiration for Creeds powerhouse. Another reason why I think Creeds line of fragrances stand alone is because there are no real flankers to the original scent. Except for maybe 1 and it's between Creeds VIW and Neroli Savage which I feel is a beast!! Of a summer fragrance. And often overlooked.
roja dove is way to expensive...you pay for the bottle, none of the fragrances impress me..none.

Yeah so many amazing fragrances creation e single malt bal d afrique jubilation 25 oajan there's a lot of fragrances that smell better than aventus but don't smell better I can't explain it theres something magical about aventus it's like a potion the first niche scent I smelled it' was the best then and now after smelling hundreds of niche I would say aventus still the best my top three aventus Irish tweed and tied millisime imperial royal oud they my holy grail of fragrances
