Units attempting to sweep in multi-unit combats do not add their initiative to the die roll - only the fleeing units do (pg. 190). The praetor, having rolled a 10, could not have been caught by any other unit, as none of the Dark Angels were eligible to add their initiative.
Your Raptors charge against the dread and tac marines would have been a disordered charge - you would have been hitting at the same initiative as the dread and tacs as Sudden Strike can’t be used with a disordered charge.

and that a talent for murder is +1 to wound, not strength, makes a massive difference.

I think raptors have skirmish so would that be a 4+ cover save then your shroud ?
why you pay points for trophy?? and take a terror assault rites of war? second question? why 2 paragon blade? lighting claws is cheaper
Terror Assault gives you night fight for 2 turns then on a 4+ on T3 it continues for a third turn
