I used to mow the lawn at that house...the most beautiful home i have ever seen in my entire life. Ive worked at homes in Lake Sherwood, North Ranch and the Oaks in Calabasas and this White Stallion location is unbelievable. I can say i took a piss on that property lol

don't get too excited...this home is in an area close to the Santa Susana Field Laboratory where there were 3 experimental sodium nuclear reactor meltdowns without containment. This area is hot in more ways than one. The reason there is so much open space is because the Department of Energy DOE, Department of Defense DOD, and the ATDSR Agency for Toxic Disease Registry assisted the city with keeping these green buffer zones between the main part of town and the Field Laboratory that is one of the largest and most difficult SuperFund Sites in the United States. Cleanup was SUPPOSED to begin over 2 years ago. Those rocket scientists aren't all that smart because they make toxic messes that they do not know how to clean up. They haven't figured out how to clean up all of the spent rocket fuel seeping into the watershed here. We have an established breast cancer cluster in the region. It runs right smack dab through the middle along the county line and into Malibu. We also have inordinate levels of thyroid cancer. Here is a map of Geiger counter readings in the area.
