I’m back with another Christmas project. This is a G45 Trifold Waterfall Folio Album base. I used G45’s Warm Wishes 8x8 collection that I got from Country Craft Creations that I’ll link below. This is a non traditional album as I focused mostly on the black and gold colors.

This is a beautiful album and we both know the camera just cannot do these designs justice. As always I love the way you used the collection and made the paper shine. It's great that you show us your boo-boo's because we all make them. My "thing" is to cut paper too short. I have done it twice on one simple card folio. I need to cut 4-1/2 inches wide and I go from holding the ruler in my hand, over to the cutter next to me, and cut it 3-1/2 inches. Mother Hubbard! 🤣🤣

I really like your decision to use solids on the waterfall features!...makes all the prints just that much more important...nice! Thanks for demonstrating that fixing a mistake can be so easy. Nice work on this project!

Beautiful Folio.....love the papers you chose! I have never bought a pre=made one, because, for me the joy comes from making the bases rather than decorating them, I know, crazy, I have a bin full of bases, all sizes just waiting for me to pull out a collection and get to work....and to my horror....I have discovered I am a hoarder....yes. I have heard you talking about it and I think to myself, nope, I don't hoard...LOL....how wrong am I. So the other day I pulled out one of my bases and then went to my stash, and seriously, changed my mind cause I didn't want to cut into anything.....I am in so much trouble!!! LOL....thanks for sharing!

I think you did well with the black and gold! The prints in this collection are a bit dramatic for me so I'm probably not a good judge of the paper. I really like the style of this trifold :) I would have had to fix the boo boo as well -- in fact the Creative Memories multi purpose tool is in my Amazon cart as I type. I wonder if it will remove paper from paper as opposed to the gold cardstock. Hmmmmm. Beautiful workmanship as usual ❤❤❤

HOW did you take the waterfalls off to put paper underneath
I used my spatula and neatly pulled the waterfalls up trying not to tear the paper too much
I bought this album now, can you use it to matte a 6x6 album?
