I can do a few moves/spins some have to be modified. I TY for this tutorial- My new pole walk is gonna be the bomb. im gonna be you when i grow up 😊👏🙏🏼
Thanks for this tutorial, walking around the pole may look so "easy", but it is quite hard to make it look effortless as you do. Any tips on how to strengthen the ankles to feel a little more stable when wearing heels?
It’s important to have strong ankles, calves,, and a good foot point. I incorporate a lot of ballet type exercises in my warmups. Also practicing very simple movement with your heels around the pole, just like your walk. Always keeping a nice point in your heels, meaning your weight is in the balls of your feet and your heel is lifted.
