Hello to everybody. Thank you for your comments. The thing is that I've recently started this channel . My mission is only to feed stray dogs and cats . At least they are not hungry for some time. I can't afford to cure all of them or take them home . Maybe in the future ....
You are right concerning water. But it's so freezing outside that the water becomes ice very fast. Stray dogs usually eat snow . Besides, I don't take any bowls and bottles with water with me as I feed stray dogs in case I see them .
Give all dogs food and water, god bless savers and all animals

I'd love to take him home 🏡 , but I live in a two-room flat , so no opportunity to adopt him. So sorry, really.
Why couldn’t you call a rescue ?? Or take them to a rescue shelter?
Rescue Shelter is a good idea but they charge a big sum of money . So I guess it'll be too expensive for me. Sorry.
