- So I looked it up while translating, and there's a lot of threads and guides joking that WarioWare using the GameBoy-GameCube adapter is pretty much unplayable, terrible ...etc.
Some doggos were always destined for greatness, while others wallow in the limitations set by their own minds. (paraphrased off some dude on the internet)

I was so confused when twitter artists were drawing korone holding a gamecube
The first thing I assumed when I saw those drawings was she was playing Yoshi Topsy Turvy, but I was close enough. I did the same thing as a kid playing that on my gamecube lmao.
I was too, it just seemed so random.

So She played with that heavy Gamecube (Don't underestimate 1.6 Kg), for 3 hours straight, and still feel very fine after that

She mentioned mid-stream that it was even more of a workout than Ringfit.
I love this bit she does (regularly) where she looks into the camera straight-on and just blinks without saying anything. Once you notice it, you see her doing it for comedic purposes a lot.
She also likes to do it when she reads SC. When she says your nickname and looks at the camera afterwards it's a real heartattack

@@TheOfficialMarioGalaxyFanclub I mean, I'm telling you that the people who are best at the game hold the Gamecube for it, whether that means it's optimal is really up to definition!
It's not really worth it to mod a GBA (if it's even possible) to record footage and I think the game doesn't work quite right for SP or DS systems but even those are expensive to mod, so the gamecube is just easiest
@@velvetbutterfly oh yeah, I don’t think the gba has a capture card for it’s system. So, the gamecube is the only read option.
@@velvetbutterfly To be fair, I do presume the heft of the gamecube lends itself to more precises movements as well as more deliberate ones, which would be ideal for a speedrun regardless.

Some part of the game requires you to shake the entire thing. This is especially funny when you can hear Korone hitting stuff in her room
I have the distinct memory of playing this game during a car ride and having to fight the controls whenever we'd make a big turn. Nothing helps hammer home the principles of centripetal acceleration to someone who just finished Freshman Intro Physics quite like having to continuously reorient your GBASP in real-time to keep up with how far your car has turned on the on-ramp
Thats one way to use your physics knowledge.
While this game requires you to move the GCN like a steering wheel, a GBC game before it, Kirby Tilt n' Tumble, literally requires you to do some quick up-flicks, quick 45 degree angle motions, and sometimes shaking your poor system. And worst, you still have to use d pad and A B to navigate menus, pause with start, and use A on certain parts during the game. Godspeed for those GCNs playing these 2 games
About 10 years ago, I went through a spree where I tried to play all my old GBA games. Decided to use the Game Boy adapter on the GameCube like she did. And I went through this exact same situation. Got to the menu screen and realized "well, this ain't gonna work." But leave it to our god dog to go all the way.

Pokémon Pinball on the Gme Boy Color also had an extremely odd shape, but that was so it could fit a triple a battery in it to power some attempt at rumble function.

Actually never knew there was an adapter so you could play gameboy games on your gamecube.. that would've been useful for young me.
Also I find it really funny they actually put a big gyroscope on the game itself.
Kirby's Tilt 'N Tumble has a similar feature, but you still need to use button controls. I'm not sure if you do for WarioWare or not, but you can always pair the GameCube Console with a dance pad.
Or you can be like a certain insane TH-camr and use the DK Bongos.
