Yolli you were SO understanding when we realised what had happened! Once in a blue moon the automated system I use for subscriptions decides to have a 'moment' and will miss somebody out - I hate it when this happens as never want to disappoint anyone. Thank you for being so understanding and really glad you liked the box of stationery goodies sent as an apology. Well it turns out that it skipped my payment too for some reason, so whilst I was disappointed to not receive the box as it comes, she sent me this one from the video for free so that was a kind gesture!

If its monthly rolling they charge just before dispatch every month don't they?
