This is my favorite recipe when I want to make a fluffy banana cake that comes out of the oven stuffed, I'm sure you'll love it!
Ingredients (cup size: 200ml)
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine (100g)
- 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour (250g)
- 1 cup of milk (200ml)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (5g)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
- 1 cup of sugar (160g)
- bananas to taste
- cinnamon powder
