In your last video it was frustrating to see you guys put down a product or even raise questions concerning the contents of them. Please Educate yourselves before mentioning them again. Being from a country where Canabis products are legal, I have seen first hand the positive impacts that they have on athletes and individuals with various afflictions. Hearing how ignorant your outlook is on these products was hard to watch. The testing they have to go through is extrmely vigorous and on par with any pharmaceutical. They are not enhancing in the slightest and all CBD products should be able to be used by any athlete who chooses to do so. The ITU made the right call, it wasn’t “bold”, it was the right thing to do.
Start with clipless on a turbo trainer. Work with both feet: chances are you might need your not favorite foot unclipped fast... instantly... or else.... Practise very slow riding: look for drills in older, Matt's epoch, movies on bike handling at GCN.

Even just a real basic bike fit making sure your reach isn’t too far out will help like crazy for a lot of people.
