Yes, there is. I just cut it. Japanese fans are awesomeeee! They have moves for most songs except for the ones, like this one, that have a more melancholic or sad feeling. When the songs are like that, they just listen and see them quietly until the end of the song when they applaude. :)

They just keep silent and listen to it. It's another way to appreciate music. None is better than the other. There is also the fact that the video is from a DVD and that maybe they removed the applause to get a better sound. They do it sometimes. Go see videos from festivals (Inazuma 2011 for example) and then you'll hear applause.
