I have never been to Scotland, but this is my favorite show from The killers. I'm just happy seeing Tony playing for all of us, it's like I'm there too.
Brandon is truly one of the best performers/frontman there is! It’s so great to see an artist constantly interacting with audience, always hearing people in the crowd, always moving. I mean Scots are the out of this world crowd but there’s never a moment he doesn’t sing “letting the crowd do it” for himself like many others would do in the situation when the audience sounds louder than the frontman, he sings along with their fans and enjoys it, and it’s truly spectacular❤️
OH MY GOD crowd is beautiful, they sang mr.brightside word by word and tony is an amazing drummer. I love this band and I'll do anything to watch them live one day...
Who ever this audio team is I want them in charge of every festival the BBC do. They REALLY make the crowd part of the experience for the people at home.
What an amazing crowd, knew every word to every song and sung their hearts out! Tony the guest drummer was fantastic. You'd have thought he's played with them for years.
They didn't boo the drummer at Bolton .. Luke who plays drums for "the Fillers" was brilliant. The crowd was shouting his name, he was as good if not better than this guy here.
Damn. The freakin Killers, man. One of the very few bands I could see live and genuinely enjoy every single song in their set. True high class performers. These guys will go down in history as rock legends.
Best. Concert. Ever. Every time I rewatch it, this makes me dance around without a care in the world and end with a big smile on my face. Thank you to The Killers and the BBC!
I know the Royal Albert Hall show was sensational and got the CD/DVD release, and a couple of the Glastonbury sets have been phenomenal...but I think there's a genuine argument THIS is The Killers' best ever concert. For Reasons Unknown is one of the most fun/insanely exciting things I've ever seen during any concert by any band, and during the 2nd passthrough of Mr. Brightside at the end the crowd (AND the band) look ready to transcend into a higher plane of existence.
Scotland and Northern England is "The Killers" country. That's the place that really "got them" first, because they sing songs of such emotion, toughness, and heartache. They also toured extensively there, because their shows were going so well, when they first started. They were alt-rock in southern England until they hit it big, but they were always just great rock in Scotland and Northern England.
Allowing a fan to get up & play the drums was lovely, Ronnie & Brandon playing the guitar as well is there nothing they cant do , you can see they loved every minute of doing that concert full of energy just wish I could of been there , before I die or they stop touring I gotta see them
I read somewhere that Brandon said one of his favorite parts of any Killers show is when the transition to Read My Mind starts because of how the crowd responds. So cool that you love it, too!
You knew the drummer smashed it on the second drum beat when the the other band member smiled and laughed in the background ..well in lad .. Awesome as always the killers
A gig with this kind of energy, that crowd and that execution for every single song this has to go down as possibly the best Set The Killers will EVER do!
Damn. What a crowd. I mean like. Just watch how the front camera shakes at Mr. Brightside in the end 1:16:09. I'm a camera guy myself and I only have seen this in halls with soft floors (like in a gym hall). But maaaaan this is open air.
This show is absolutely amazing what makes it even better is they put on a show right after this one in the king tuts venue which is a small venue in Glasgow because that is the first place a crowd sang one of their songs back to them and they wanted to give something back to the fans Amazing
What. Was. That!. I feel like i felt a Mountain but upwards. This energy is absolutely amazing. BBC did a hell of a job ... and The Killers nailed it. Man!
Attaining a Killers concert is in my bucket list. Dude looks like he's having a great time. He looks like he's having so much fun and my god the crowd! Absolutely wonderful. I would kill to be in that crowd, they are so loud and wonderful. I can hardly hear Brendon's voice and thats something rare. I love British crowds ❤

If you guys only knew how big of douche bags Dave and Brandon are, you would be suprised. I was working with them early on and they fucked me over so bad that I am still dealing with the depression since October 2002. Ronnie is a great guy and an old friend, but as for Dave and Brandon, let's just say they are the least professional and un-grateful pricks I've met in my life. I dedicated alot of time to help them get ready and they didn't even have the balls to call me to give my the let down. They used me and destroyed my life and they were ruthless. Just a little inside story that has never come out. When a person goes out of their way to help a group like Dave and Brandon in the early stages and then they just fuck you over without a fore thought. It's pretty mind boggling. I worked with them so hard to get ready and yet the stabbed me in the back. Just ask Ronnie Vannucci what I'm talking about and he will reluctantly admit it. I've worked with hundreds of musicians in my life, and these two pricks were strange and they destoyed my life. Just a little secret that no one knows about, because the Killer's don't want to tell that story about what they did to me. I poured out my heart to these guys and they screwed up my life.
Oh my gosh!! What a crowd and the drummer Tony. I’m surprised they didn’t sign you up. Got goosebumps whilst running on the treadmill, definitely kept me going like a hamster on a wheel. 🤣

I mean Scots are the out of this world crowd but there’s never a moment he doesn’t sing “letting the crowd do it” for himself like many others would do in the situation when the audience sounds louder than the frontman, he sings along with their fans and enjoys it, and it’s truly spectacular❤️
true, brandon is amazing
OH MY GOD crowd is beautiful, they sang mr.brightside word by word and tony is an amazing drummer. I love this band and I'll do anything to watch them live one day...
Going to their concert is one of those things you can do to see them live one day. Surely falls under "I'll do anything" category.
Same
tony?
he is the kid that got invited up to play reasons unknown
Went to see them for my birthday, best thing ever
I love it when Brandon crouches down at 1:15:58, he knows when that guitar starts the place is going to erupt. Guitar starts, place erupts. Brilliant.
This is without a doubt one of the best live performances you will ever see....Crowd and Band immerse in one another.
Adam Driver is such a good guitar player.
I just said to myself..Ted looks like if Adam Driver and Josh Brolin had a baby.
@@shannonspiegel8767 Holy shit.
@@shannonspiegel8767 If Thanos and Kylo Ren had a baby that would be pretty crazy
😂😂😂
Who ever this audio team is I want them in charge of every festival the BBC do. They REALLY make the crowd part of the experience for the people at home.
The audio team were shit the entire festival. This was the only good day. I was there everyday and even Queen with Adam Lambert sucked
Ronnie Vanucci is amazing, a very underrated drummer.
Brandon always looks like he’s having the most fun in the world when he’s performing. It’s so wholesome.
Brandon's voice is just getting better and better, unbelievable
What an amazing crowd, knew every word to every song and sung their hearts out! Tony the guest drummer was fantastic. You'd have thought he's played with them for years.
DraigUK They did the same thing in Bolton only the crowd booed the drummer!
They didn't boo the drummer at Bolton .. Luke who plays drums for "the Fillers" was brilliant. The crowd was shouting his name, he was as good if not better than this guy here.
how do they choose the guests?
People hold up signs asking to go on stage and play drums
thanks! I did play with them for years while practicing guitars and drums though hahaha (with the records)
Damn. The freakin Killers, man. One of the very few bands I could see live and genuinely enjoy every single song in their set. True high class performers. These guys will go down in history as rock legends.
The passion Brandon has when he’s singing Runaways is amazing. My favourite Killers song, an absolute masterpiece of a song
I was there and it's been one of the best nights of my life
Same 👌
This version of "The Whole of the Moon" is probably one of the best things I've ever heard...
Best. Concert. Ever.
Every time I rewatch it, this makes me dance around without a care in the world and end with a big smile on my face. Thank you to The Killers and the BBC!
Giving the guy the drums for reasons unknown...brilliant, what a memory he will have for life! :)
This crowd burned down the f**king house. Awesome gig!
The Killers have reached another level! Glasgow knows how to throw a party. Total respect for this amazing band.
I was never much into The Killers and i am not really sure why i ended up watching this but this must be one of the best live performances ever.
Same here
I know the Royal Albert Hall show was sensational and got the CD/DVD release, and a couple of the Glastonbury sets have been phenomenal...but I think there's a genuine argument THIS is The Killers' best ever concert.
@@11matt11 Interesting info.
That Royal Albert Hall gig is my go to live performance after a few beers. Simply phenomenal
I agree and think that this concert should be released on dvd. That would my dream come true.
Allowing a fan to get up & play the drums was lovely, Ronnie & Brandon playing the guitar as well is there nothing they cant do , you can see they loved every minute of doing that concert full of energy just wish I could of been there , before I die or they stop touring I gotta see them
Que sublime el momento del fan, uno de los mejores del concierto.
Dammit Glasgow !!!! way to be a kick ass crowd !!
Best in the world :-)
This saved quarantine 2020.
Biggest regret, not watching them live when I could.
Life lesson here: Go to the concert!
That transition at 45:30 into Read My Mind is heavenly.
it literally makes me cry i’m not even kidding
I was there and to this day it still gives me chills
@@onlypansltd3150 nice!
I read somewhere that Brandon said one of his favorite parts of any Killers show is when the transition to Read My Mind starts because of how the crowd responds. So cool that you love it, too!
@@christycamful 🙌🏾
I certainly want to be in the next concert of The Killers in Scotland.. what a crowd....wow..
I seen the at the Hydro, Glasgow in 2017 and then at this in 2018... they are fucking amazing
My exact thought
@@jaymeeleighjx1x damn lucky
Make sure you go in Glasgow- it’s the best crowd in the UK.
I was lucky enough to be at this and they closed out the full festival with the greatest live set from a band I have ever seen, ever!
THIS is the crowd the killers deserve!!!! Amazing amazing amazing! The killers were amazing, tony was amazing haha, and this audience WOW!!! ♥️
This is the best crowd in the world. Never ever seen anything like this and i've been to Metallica etc. :D
You knew the drummer smashed it on the second drum beat when the the other band member smiled and laughed in the background ..well in lad .. Awesome as always the killers
The only rock band where kids, grown ups, elders, short man, long man, male, female etc.....🤣.come to live concert like walking on air🥰🥰🥰
80 minutes of smiling out loud happiness. thanks for sharing x
A gig with this kind of energy, that crowd and that execution for every single song this has to go down as possibly the best Set The Killers will EVER do!
Brandon Flowers is genuinely more excited to see his fans, than they are to see him.
Not even Glastonbury 2019 was able to top this performance and crowd.
Yo check out their 2017 Glasto performance. It was mad
You might not agree but Glasgow /Scottish crowds kill all before them , always have always will x
Agree! 2019 Glasto crowd was suck!
Fantastic band the best for many years. Love Branden Flowers he is georgous and sexy.
@@NitinSaseendran Yeah, was there, that was epic. The Glasgow crowd look/sound amazig too!
Damn. What a crowd. I mean like. Just watch how the front camera shakes at Mr. Brightside in the end 1:16:09. I'm a camera guy myself and I only have seen this in halls with soft floors (like in a gym hall). But maaaaan this is open air.
The turf of Glasgow Green that night was like a trampoline.
Glasgow crowds are always like this- but the Killers are one of the few bands that can really make a huge gig feel like a small venue.
Thats Glasgow crowds for you
Welcome to Glasgow 🤪🤯🤯
Didn’t know that many people in the world knew the words too Mr. Brightside? 😉
This show is absolutely amazing what makes it even better is they put on a show right after this one in the king tuts venue which is a small venue in Glasgow because that is the first place a crowd sang one of their songs back to them and they wanted to give something back to the fans
Amazing
Just watched this with the biggest smile on my face! Proud to be Scottish and proud to be a killers fan..Brandon Flowers is phenomenal
The best crowd I have ever seen!
Brazilian crowd it's better
I've seen The Killers perform live 5 times and I think this may be the best Brandon has ever sounded. He sounds exceptional.
What. Was. That!. I feel like i felt a Mountain but upwards. This energy is absolutely amazing. BBC did a hell of a job ... and The Killers nailed it. Man!
That’s a Glasgow audience for you :-)
This is literally the best thing I've ever seen. Hes so passionate!!!!
Watching this gives me goosebumps in the best way
This is one I keep coming back to
impossible not to smile with Tony playing for reasons unknown..! doesn’t matter how many times you heard it
Now that's a proper crowd , smiled my way through the whole video . Well played Glasgow
Damn that was a great performance from the fan.
infectious energy - watching this is as equally effective as drinking a coffee
Attaining a Killers concert is in my bucket list. Dude looks like he's having a great time. He looks like he's having so much fun and my god the crowd! Absolutely wonderful. I would kill to be in that crowd, they are so loud and wonderful. I can hardly hear Brendon's voice and thats something rare. I love British crowds ❤
All Cool Names Taken Brandon is his name, and I can tell you from experience their concerts are f-ing awesome!
Scottish crowds (esp. in Glasgow are always up for it.
This has to be one of the BEST Killers concerts ever !! - THANKS SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS !!
I CANT STOP POSTING THAT EXACT STATEMENT . ALSO TRYING TO CONVERT MY FAMILY INTO KILLER FANS! THIS GUY IS THE SHIT! IM 58 YRS OLD AND THIS GUY HAS GOT ME REELING! I DONT THINK I CAN REMEMBER A TIME WHEN I WAS SO HAPPY TO BE LISTENING TO A BAND IN CONCERT, AND I HAVE SEEN EVERYONE! I LITERALLY CANT STOP WATCHING IT! WELL, GOTTA GO , I DONT WANT TO BE A LIAR! LOVE TO ALL
Omg he is soooo handsome. I'm just drooling
Great gig. The crowd were electric and Tony was awesome.
I’ve never seen someone have so much fun performing. Hes like an energetic fan of his own band. This makes me so happy.
It must be an amazing feeling hearing thousands of people singing your song back to you
The Killers always kill all the shows, one of the best live band performant. Bandon love to sing and he gave more than 100% in all the shows.
@@hypnoticmasses859 can you elaborate? sounds interesting
Oh my gosh!! What a crowd and the drummer Tony. I’m surprised they didn’t sign you up. Got goosebumps whilst running on the treadmill, definitely kept me going like a hamster on a wheel. 🤣
Remember this Sunday very well.. The killers were the closing performance on 'main stage' of course. The whole buzz and atmosphere was incredible. Hope they return to Glasgow TRNSMT 2021 😍😍😍
The segway from Runaways to Read my mind is the best thing in this entire concert. 44:44 🙌 Great band, amazing crowd!
Its absolutely fantastic.
Any band can only be as good as the drummer. What a classy, controlled performance.
Probably one of the best gigs.EVER
The Killers prove here that they are the epitome of entertainment.Brandon Flowers is an incredible performer. I've personally lost a much loved sister during COVID 19.....and this show made me smile for the first time in a while. I can't wait for moments like this to come back in our lifes again😇😉
I love how happy he looks when the crowd start singing before him.
I'm a 51 year old guy. Watching that young crowd jet to The Killers was amazing. Wish i'd been there too!
Life begins at 50!
I can not get enough of this concert !! - Thanks for posting !!
Wait are you "THE" TONY?
Seeing this makes me appreciate just how much freedom we had before this lockdown happened, one of my fave things to watch in these scary times. Brandon's happiness is infectious, you can't help but not smile ❤️
Absolutely. Let's go Brandon!
@@milesian1 😂
I think your double negative turned around and bit you on the ankle but we get what you mean :))
The transition from Runaways to Read My Mind is fucking amazing
Hands down best sing along at a live show EVER.
Mr. Brightside.... Place explodes.. Job done.. 😊
This is what I called greatest show on earth. The crowd were outstanding! The killers especially Brendon was above like usual. Hope to see them live!
What a great rendition of The Whole of the Moon. Brandon's and the band's contagious energy and charm enliven the song's message of redemption and life.
