Dear Brother would you be willing to ponder deeper in to the point John makes through out all of His Writings and even more so in 1st and 2nd John. The main foundation is the confession not only with the mouth but more so in your daily living that Christ Jesus IS COME IN THE FLESH. The present tense word IS is used 40 times in chapter 4 & 5 for a very good reason. Considering the fact the Gospel of John makes it clear in chapter 13: 34-35 and again in 15: 17-19 that the New Covenant is founded on one thing = LOVE which shows the character of a True Disciple on a daily bases. The entire letter of 1st John focuses on weather or not a person carries the Witness of weather or not Christ Jesus IS COME IN THE FLESH which makes a person Greater in power to over come all things. Question Who's Flesh is John talking about ? The context makes it clear the meaning IS YOUR FLESH and the confession of the fact Christ Jesus Love For the World is Manifested in and through you as devoted one = a Christ anointed One. God's Love is the only thing that draws people to the Father and the one word that describes Love is Sacrifice. If a person is not willing to sacrifice the outward Fleshly Body according to John that person is A Anti- Christ because they have chosen the alternative way of rejection. The phase Anti Christ IS found 5 times in the Bible and they are all in 1st and 2nd John and have nothing to do with a single man how will come some time in the future to set up a physical kingdom nor a man made temple on Earth. Luke 17:20-21 reads Do you not know the Kingdom of God IS Within You. Know you not God does not nor ever will Dwell in any Man Made Temple. Read Acts 7: 48-49 & 17:24-25. Do you not know You Are God Designed Temple and God who is Spirit Dwells In You Hear and Now. May be fundamental Evangelical Christian's should reconsider what they have been taught. 1st John 2:27 reads If you have received the Christ Anointing you have no need for any Man to teach you but the same anointing teaches you all things and is truth and is no lie Then Read Gospel of John 14: 26 and 16:13-14 and learn the importance of Abiding in the Secret Place of the Most High in Personal Communion Daily to receive your Daily instructions to walk by Faith because of God's Grace in you the Hope of Glory. Please Help me I Believe Jesus Is The Son of God and God The Son of The Holy Trinity I Believe Jesus Shed His Blood and Died in my place to Pay for All my Sins He Was Buried Then 3 Days Later Jesus Arose From The Dead !!! But I am struggling with some Sins that I honestly don’t know how to quit I hate my Sins But I genuinely don’t know how to stop them Am I still Saved because of my faith in Jesus or am I Not Saved because of my Sins?
