Best mushrooms! I will defiantly be doing some your way. I prefer using batts but alas, I have 20 to 1 with the other kinds. I ordered locks from someone & they were a mess so I sent them back.
Wonderful project!! I especially love what you did with that wool yarn around the spots, as well as the leaves and ferns. Thanks so much I ch for sharing! 🎉❤
Love it. It is whimsical and all the details raises it to another level. Your instructions were well done and I learned a lot. Taking step by step for each element does make it a doable project. Thank you for all your hard work.
Thank you, I try to explain/show but still keep it brief, hopefully it's clear enough to follow and also fun to add lots of extra detail, thanks for watching ❣️
Can't seem to find the wood slices used in your project in this tutorial. Would you please give me the link to purchase some of them? Thank you so much, love the mushroom tutorial.
Kinda new to felting, looking for a beginner project. I think this would great. How tall is the large mushroom? I watched a lot of your videos and ready to give it a try.
I agree with the previous comments. This is by far the best video I have seen on felting. Now I need to have a massive shop and get lots of new wools! Oh no. Thank you so much for sharing. X
Those are the most beautiful felted mushrooms I've seen! Adding the white wool around the spots truly gives it that extra "pop" of beauty. I would not have thought of that. I appreciate all the great tips in this video, especially the one using floristry tape around the wire.
This came out SO beautiful! Every time you make a video I end up adding yet another project to my ever growing list of things I want to make but this one is getting fast tracked waayyyyyyy up to the top! Thanks for sharing.🍄
@@feltsbyphilippa oh, I meant that as a **good** thing and nothing to be sorry about! I love this channel and I find I am always learning new things and getting inspired by you and your creations. Thanks very much.❤
Thank you! I try to have some fun, use what I have in my stash and break down the process into easier chunks, thank you for watching and making such a lovely comment ❣️
I really love this Philippa. I adore toadstools/mushrooms. I’m going to make this but I don’t have the patience for wet felting so I’ll have to improvise. A huge thank you for sharing this with us. 💕💕
Oh my goodness this is absolutely adorable!! I found your channel because I purchased a beginner Bee felting kit (I’d never heard of felting before) but it didn’t come with any directions! The absurdity! Lol 😂 Anyway, your channel popped up and I’m in awe of your talent! You have such an artful eye. I, too, like to create and decorate with threes or groups of threes - it’s more natural looking I feel. At any rate, thank you so much for sharing your talent and wisdom…all the way from Summerville, SC 😄 Be blessed!!
Thank you and so pleased you enjoyed the video, yes, three's always seem better don't they, thanks for watching and I hope you are enjoying your felting journey x

Thank you! I just try to show what I am inspired by and the process broken down. Wet felting is a bit of a science (I believe) so I keep mine simple, thanks so much for being here ❣️x

About the wet felting: rinse in water with a little vinegar in it to neutralize the soap, is what I heard/read/saw.
Excellent tip, I shall take that forward, thank you! X
Absolutely stunning, I think this finished piece has an amazing look to it. Thanks for showing us Philippa.
