Mute Swans King & Quen swan show their ranking to neighbours 11th January

Since all the lakes are iced over Angus & Ria took a visit to King & Queen swan territory. King Swan showed who's Top Cob. Later on, Angus & Ria went back to their lake.

Is there unfrozen patch big enough for the King & Queen? I know when the weather turns freezing to the point where it freezes the ponds, some pairs of swans want to conserve as much energy as possible so they won’t chase intruders fully out yet. Those swans in the distance look like they want no tension with the King.

@SecretLifeOfSwansByXavier Angus & Ria at first were busking at King Swan in the unfrozen patch on the other side of the lake, which can fit lots of water birds inside. Normally, King swan would go straight to them, but he went over to his partner and got fed seeds by me. Last year, John took his family on this lake last year, and King Swan flew straight into the family. At first, he looked scared of Angus, which worried me.
