That second ship was gargantuan! I could see someone working on that for dozens of days, salvaging stuff from other ships to pay off the mortgage on your starter each day (strange that if you find and salvage something better you can't sell your original ship to help pay off the bulk of the loan) but keeping anything good for the huge empty thing. A thruster and n2 canister here, a navcomp there, and eventually have it up and running. You'd have to try very hard to run out of room on that thing!

I’m not up to the most recent videos so you may know this by now, but if you click the screw at any corner of your o2 pump you can link it to the o2 alarm. That’s how to trigger the auto control to turn on.
