Actually, there was a pretty big sale recently It was sort of a celebration of the release of the Fallout show on amazon prime! And FO76 has hit a record number of real-time players, and many people have started or returned to play other Fallout series as well!
I hope you do a lot of exploring in the game peo, there is a lot of cool stuff in new vegas compared to fallout 3. so many cool side quests and companions, and companions even have their own side quest storylines. there is a lot if you dont do just the main story. Can I ask - how are you playing the game where the plot and dialogues are very important when you don’t know English that well? I’m not trying to offend you, I’m genuinely curious. Doesn’t this game have a Japanese translation?
@@taylord5381 I think she’s trying too hard. I’m technically in her shoes now, ‘cause I’m learning Japanese, and there’s no way I would play something advanced like that, I’d just burn out. But, if she wants to do that, then ok.
I am having so much fun playing this game while learning English even though I am not perfect, I understand the story and conversations. The fans know that I am learning too, and if there's an advanced word that I don't understand, they will tell me about it! I learned a lot so far, especially in reading. If you are a new viewer, you may think that I have little to no English skills when you hear me speak English, but I am really able to understand the game through reading without major problems. I have enough understanding of English to play and continue learning this way. At the very least, I'm not burning out at all by continuing with this method as I am not pushing myself in any way at all. It is a very enjoyable way for me to learn, and many other language learners do it this way too. I just read and understand the game and review what I lack to make up for it. But I understand that everyone has their own way of having fun, and that people who don't know enough about a language, for example, have not yet reached that step and therefore have difficulty enjoying it. More than a year ago, I was certainly at that stage. But I continued my studies, and now I'm at the step where I can enjoy playing only in English. If I play this game again next year, I might discover something new that I missed this time, and I can't help but look forward to it. Anyway, I am fully enjoying it, and different people have different ways of learning and enjoying. At least I have more knowledge of English compared to when I debuted with these methods.
