I’m so glad you found this helpful! Trust me, I know it’s scary and hard to make new friends but it’s the best thing you can do for yourself! Make a profile on bumble BFF and see if you vibe with anyone❤️ that way it’s easier and you’re not face to face at first, you can feel out the situation. You got this❤️

My boyfriend is in mos right now and we are talking about marriage and our future and I'm kind of freaking out lol. I am a very independent person and him being gone for boot camp really helped me to become more independent. But I am freaking out a little because I am a very planned person. I am not well moving around and not knowing what Is going on. Ya know!? Please reply and help help help🙏🙏
Girl I understand!! Unfortunately apart of the military life is not knowing all the answers, and of course it can make planning hard, but that goes for life outside the military as well! Things change and the unexpected happens. Just like how you got comfortable in your independence with the time away from your bf, will grow to become comfortable with things you once felt discomfort with❤️ I wish you luck! Stay positive(:
Im about to become a military spouse myself, im struggling with deciding what kind of career i want, any advice? do you have a job ?
Hey! Please know you’re not alone and I’m also trying to find a career. Yes the military does make it harder because you move every few years, but you can still take advantage of a lot being a military spouse. If I could go back and do it over again I would have stayed in college because by now the military would have paid for it, I’d have no student debt and a degree🤷🏼♀️ Time really flies. There are usually a lot of military spouse friendly jobs near the base, or you can find something good usually for a remote job online somewhere like indeed. I do have a job but I wouldn’t suggest it, I’ve been looking for a new one for a while now.
