To understand the 2 concepts going on in this video, you also need to view a companion concept movie/teaser called "YYXY One". It talks about rejecting Eden, but it also illustrates another concept, that BBC seems to have confirmed: That all the girls are parts of just one girl's personality, that there is really just one girl in the video, Olivia.
The first clue was that BBC previously promised us that YYXY would show us the parts that make up a personality. Second, at the end of the video, we see the 4 girls mocking the teacher. Then we see the teacher is actually pleased for some reason. Then, it cuts back to just obedient Olivia, like it was just her standing there the whole time (and what looked like Yves being chastised was actually Olivia). After this MV came out, some weren't convinced, but then BBC released "One", and referred to YYXY as "four personalities, one girl". In the teaser, three of the girls are walking through that mansion, one at a time, but the third girl looks in a mirror and sees Olivia. So what looked like the other three girls was Olivia all along. Also the teaser assigns qualities to each girl: Yves=Faith, Chuu=Love, GoWon=Hope, Inner Olivia=Anger. So that was probably Inner Olivia that we saw in Egoist with the Terminator eyes, setting fire to things :)...
So the girls in love4eva are just the parts of Olivia's personality. Just another wrinkle courtesy of BBC :)...
Yeah... according to the loonaverse the video is basically them rebelling amd leaving the 'garden of eden' (yves tempting them to leave lol... sounds familiar) but leaving hyeju (the continuation being 'egoist' bc she talks abt self love and how she should put herself first) There's also a lyric in One & Only that goes 'I need no garden of eden'.
One really interesting part of the choreo is the different live stage dance breaks. They did something like five different versions of the dance break music and choreo during promotions. There is a compilation/stage mix style video about just the dance break. It's really great!
Fun fact : love4eva have 4 different dance break. I really glad u love the song, u should check the 4 dance break either in ur own time or on ur channel cause it is mix stage clip so I believe there is no restriction / block will happen. BTW love ur reaction.

About the fruits. Loona's yyxy's representative or forbidden fruits: Yves: Apple, Chuu: Strawberry, Gowon: Pineapple, Olivia Hye: Blood Plum. Apple, Strawberry, Blood Plum are part of Rosaceae family, the rose family. In yyxy MV, it can be seen them eating roses as roses are part of Rosaceae family obviously. They have to eat their own forbidden fruits to leave Eden. Yves ate apple in her MV. Chuu ate strawberry in her MV tempted by Yves (in yyxy MV, Yves tempted Chuu to rebell). Now, Gowon. Pineapple is not part of Rosaceae family. This is when Choerry comes from. In Gowon's MV, Choerry dropped Apple (upside down Choerry, like a fruit bat) and then Gowon were able to eat her fruit, pineapple (then her hair turned blonde). Among all Loona members, Choerry has representative fruit too, Cherries. Interestingly, cherries are part of Rosaceae family. That's how she can come to Eden (with her power too). After yyxy MV, then Olivia Hye's MV. Their solo MVs are like their point of view of leaving Eden & yyxy MV is about the story of them leaving Eden. i think to get more context it'd be beneficial to watch "one" yyxy and also to read the lyrics they chose to highlight in the teaset pictures of each yyxy girl (like i recall Gowon's being "i don't need no garden of eden" which is a lyric in one&only) that gives more of a clue as to what their unit is about. plus their (yves, chuu, gowon & olivia's) MVs and lyrics give the full picture. or as full as it is as of now. lol.

(spoilers?) so..in the loonaverse there's 3 worlds, Eden (where YYXY is), Middle Earth (where OEC is) and Earth (where 1/3 is) so maybe they represent stages of growth (yyxy being discovery, so adolescent, 1/3 being kids and OEC being an adult).
