The things you're saying haven't been answered regarding miquella, malenia, radahn and mohg did get answered in the dlc. You just gotta read the item descriptions ;)

Wish we got more of those miquella memories. Some of the answers were clear but others not so much on the first play through.

It’s seriously not that hard. Get scadutree fragments and just go into it assuming every boss will be a challenge…which they should be. It seemed like a lot of streamers were super cocky and assumed they would breeze through the dlc because of their level. All of the bosses are awesome except Gaius (in my opinion)

I was certainly disappointed by every one of the NPCs quests and the main quest which is usually my favorite part but other than that it was amazing.

Some quests were better than others for sure but we did really enjoy some of them.

@@moonrabbit2334 uh yeah? Of course I played the dlc, how would I be able to have an opinion otherwise? The base game had intricate quests that interacted with each other and there were many optional stages. They also took you to many different places and people actually felt real. The dlc quests were short and barely interacted with each other. There were few if any optional stages, the rewards were garbage and the characters didn't feel lovable at all.

The game was great but i still feel like the DLC was only worth $30 at most. I still bought it and had fun but still didnt like the price.

You miss some lore for sure. If you think they ain't connected enough.

Yea wish it was a little more obvious is probably a better way of stating it. After seeing some lore videos made on the DLC, it does make it clearer.

@@MarzzmanGaming Play a Ubisoft game instead. Fromsoft design of storytelling is better because of this.

@Jikuri will play both. I don’t dislike the way they tell it as stated we were big fans of the base game, we just wish there was more answers to pending questions. I’m sure the lore folks will answer them over time

@@MarzzmanGaming Yeah that's why it's kinda weird to expect a kind of story telling from a Fromsoft that is not a puzzle itself. If you can't find and put the pieces together that's on you. Not the story telling techniques. Don't expect a movie from a puzzle.

The thing for me about the difficulty is just the extreme scaling compared to the base game, elden Ring was the most casual one out of all after all. A dev needs to work with expectations after all so think increasing it like this without real further notice besides some things a dev once said along heavy spoilers, is rude and might should have made more clear (or maybe a trial/ making it short time refundable would have been an better option). And i think that Argumentation about it otherwise being too easy for lvl 400 full ground up players just doesn't stand for me, if you want a challenging difficult game don't run on the strongest build mate. There is a reason this game allows you to NG+, create new characters, reset your character and leaves you to level up at your own choice. This game as any souls games has so many wheels where you can adjust your difficulty so I'm sorry but if you practically play on easy mode and complain about that being easy, there is no saving you.
