    Yes, it is possible (and easy) to make an open shape into a closed shape and all one piece! There is a trick to it, though, watch the video and find out! #brothersews #goteamPEDesign10 #machineembroidery

    Question. I have a closed shape and I need to attach/connect black line the black outline of that shape so that there is no gap or that the lines are not creating a cross. How can you connect running stitch to that closed shape to make it look perfect?

      I don't think so, no. you can merge items together.

    thank you! do you know how to create a void in a shape? say a void in a circle where this is no stitch?

    When I hold down ALT it just brings up all the shortcut letters, it doesn't turn it into a hand or show any x's :-(

      I GOT IT. Helen Adams... Click into Node Mode. Click object to show nodes. Press ALT + Select the node. RELEASE ALT. Press ALT again (& HOLD) to see the different "curser" then Select the end node to connect. Drag to the other end node to show the red indicator box that shows you can connect there and RELEASE.
