- Hi guys! This is an ear to ear, whispered affirmations and triggers video ~for sleep~
It also has a sleep countdown and a lot of personal attention :) 💕
I really liked my outfit and background in this video! The night sky projector is sooo pretty but it makes a small humming sound - I think my editor did a great job with removing it though and adding some gentle rain sounds!! Hope you enjoy!

When I come home sometimes, after being in a war zone for work (literally; I work in a Max Pen), hearing “your safe” brings me some serious comfort, I know when I get home I am safe….but sometimes hearing someone else tell me really brings it home……thanks for the healing ❤

Ahh yes literally 20 seconds in and already have tingles 🫠 I had surgery a few weeks ago and because of some complications I'm having to go stay with my mom for a while so she can caregive for me - we're traveling down to her house right now and I was just trying to figure out how I'm gonna relax enough in this hotel room to sleep... so this was perfect ❤ thank you Sarah, your sweetness never fails ✨️

Every second of this was excellent! It's as if you took the viewer in your hand and gently placed them in your pocket, making them feel protected and cared for.
