I have a request if possible, can you do a “tapping on different objects” what you have in your house, tapping & nail scratching on a wooden object for 2 minutes is very much needed, then carry on with others objects for about 2 minutes with 10 objects = a nice 20 minute vid feeling those tingles and having a great sleep 😴💙😴
