Ingredients:
Coriander seeds- 2 handful
Cumin- 1 handful
Fennel- 3/4 handful
Peppercorn- 1/2 a handful
Onion-1 number
Tomato- 3 numbers
Garlic- 2 peels
Ginger- 1 piece ( 2 inch size )
Gingelly oil- 40ml
More chicken bones with few pieces of chicken- 500g
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Salt- to taste
Turmeric- 2 tbsp
Chili powder- 3/4 tbsp

I made a vegetarian version of the same soup using mushrooms. Cant tell you how much I enjoyed the hot taste and aroma. Thanks guys for this wonderful recipe.
