They are trenchers, for installing farm drainage tile, most of the ones you see in the back ground are vintage machines we keep on display, we have a family business that sells, services drainage machines and manufactures accessories for these machines. A typical machine we sell today weight around 80,000 lbs and have 550hp engines.

Think..? as part of a collection Nr Glastonbury festival site, we pass most weeks, will have to take a closer look sometime, ...
@@lorrainedimmock4096 yeah there were 2 Barber Green's TA-77 trenchers, we have been buying them up and rebuilding and converting them from pipe line machines to Install Farm Drainage tile

@@joe_of_all_trades Do you remember the BG 44c ditcher ,? that was produced in 1940, for the US army and subsequently built in the UK by Jack Olding company in Bury at Edmonds and Rubbery Owens plant in Warrington, ? I used to Watch them working when I was a lad in the 60/70s..... I later owned a BG 873 paver, which I restored over a 3 years, now sold on...and also produced the patterns for the 44c for Langley Models range in 4mm scale ...in brass, 20 years ago and is still available today....
Awesome work! That wiring makes my head hurt so bad... I hate wiring!!! There is not a chance most any of that would work if I were involved!!!
