Where are you going to get the 99 years worth of water to supply this vast housing development???

WOW, I remember when telling someone that you were from that town, Buckeye, made you the punchline of many a joke. How times have changed in the Valley of the Sun.

Is it called the landing cause it’s built over the old air-force triangles?

Fix the roads and infrastructure before approving more building permits to add to the congestion!!! Where is all the money going??

It's all about revenue for them. The greed of these people, will build anything with no true vision just to slap the title growth. They don't even have the water, infrastructure or public safety in place to handle all this growth. A mess!

Seems stupid that this growth is approved knowing water is already a problem. $ talks common sense walks i guess.

Buckeye has water for the next 100 years. This is the reason for the growth.

sounds like a disorganized mess with no vision of what they want it to be. if you say you’re leaving it up to the residents, but there are no residents who live there then you’re leaving it up to people who at best are interested but have no skin in the game? and why is it always premium priced housing and warehouses being built and never any high paying industry attracted to the area. that’s keeping these areas the commuter town it’s always been instead of a destination. you need to be attracting these chip manufacturers and tech companies, hybrid offices with attractive leases, mom and pop businesses that community can be proud to shop at etc.

Screw everyone that moved to buckeye because it was a sleepy little town. Gotta get those tax dollars
