Hey sir, This time I could not do well in NEET PG it was my first attempt so took a drop.I m attending live classes and preparing for NEET PG. I am not able to prioritise time to read on the day after classes get over. We get good amount of time in hands to cover all previously covered subjects after each subject with holidays allotted. Could you please guide me on how to divide time to revise previously covered subjects and I am finding it hard to remember also so m making this 20th book ? I lack some amount in basics so I m taking time to study.

In calculating number of correct questions from score, you havent considered negative marks. Actually a person scoring 648 might have got 168-170 correct answers.

I have mentioned it as minimum questions correct the person have got not the total number of corrects. Definitely final score is after adjusting plus and minus score of remaining questions.

I mean books, how to build concept, smart work.
I have seen many videos but none of them explains how to study 1st prof.
We start to read everything as if we are supposed to remember line to line. Like we did in neet ug.
How to read textbook, on what should you focus on? Revision cycle.Each and every subject need different approach.
So if you get some time, please make a video on it.

Nice video sir. I have a query , I have attempted inicet twice 1st time I got 7.5k this time I got 6.4k and in neet I got 22k. I don't really understand how can it be so worse. And secondly, in inicet I am stuck at 6-7k ranks , how to improve, anything different to be done ? Thanks in advance

Your rank shows that you are working well but you might be making lot of silly mistakes. You need to revise same material more often. Concentrate more on 1st and 2nd prof subjects with special attention to small subjects for INI CET.also if possible go through images from standard book. One of my video about secrets of INICET I have given list of standard books to follow..see if it helps. You need good revisions.

Hey Abhishek. I am in a similar conundrum. It's my second NEET attempt. And third INICET. I got 22k, 4k and 11k ranks in INICET and in NEET got 25k this year. It happens I guess. I think we got a little overly distracted by the easy nature of the paper. I got 133 correct . But I should have easily gotten 145 atleast. Made some silly mistakes.

You rank is excellent. In my opinion your Study material is perfect. You just need to revise more. Make lot of charts, tables and notes to help you revise and avoid silly mistakes.dont read anything new. Last 5 years questions are enough to go for. Revise and give frequent GTs to know your weak areas and then work on them. Pay special attention to image based questions and also try to see which areas u did most mistakes and work on that also.

Use USMLE first AID for biochem will help in faster revisions. And for anat use class notes and netter atlas . Both are v imp subjects. Don't skip them

As I mentioned in my all videos..every subject has its own role to get a good rank in pg. You can complete you remaining 9 subject till mid December by increasing study hours and dedicate last 3 months for revision. It also depends on which 10 subjects you have finished and how well u have read them. Good command on 1st and 2nd prof with focus on imp topics from Big four and good revision of small subjects wil fetch you rank within 10K. Rank within 5k will depend on how many silly mistakes you make...!!

Over the last decade PG entrances have changed from a pen and paper based AIPGMEE to computer based NEET PG to INI CET. From single liners to image and video based questions. Pattern continues to be changing but subjects importance and division haven't changed with the changing pattern. I am not saying it's a magic trick but having command on first and second prof subject have always given best results in any kind of pattern.its time tested approach not recommended by only me but all toppers

May I able to get cut off by only studying 3rd and 4th year subjects ??

Revise from ur old notes bcoz u may have some visual memory and remember tat in exams..add extra points from new notes to old one..ik u didn't ask me 😅 u can take it if it's useful fa u..

Yes you can continue with your old notes.it won't affect your results. If you have joined any test and discuss or you can get latest MCQ review book and add updated info in it. But you just revise your material well and it will give u better results.

It's time tested strategy and I hope it helps you as well. Read your first and second prof subjects well and couple them with your major subjects important topics. Even if the time is short your first and second prof subjects are going to play major role in your rank.

Hello sir , at 7 20 while you are showing correct question , I think you forget to deduct 1 mark for wrong . At 19k you told that 123 are correct but I corrected 125 still got 38k rank bcz 75 marks deducted too from 500 total . The way competition is shooting for getting 3 digit rank after 4 months I need to correct minimum 170 questions correct so 45 more question that I will need 3 most qualitative revision which i missed last yr

What I mentioned there is if you are sure about 122 are correct and you attempted around 192 you will get more right from remaining 70 also. 122 is the minimum number you should be 100% sure and from remaining 70 let's say even if u get 20 right and 50 wrong your final score would be around 518 and u will get rank around 14-15 k.
When you say you got 125 right that means you were sure of around 100-105 questions..let's assume for remaining 20 questions ur guess work helped you..!! So to improve your rank you have to increase your accuracy... because guess work will always give u extra 10-15 questions benefit.

Got 140 questions correct this year. Very disappointed with the rank 16k rank. It sucks after working hard day and night..i wont be getting a MD/MS seat.
