There are plots available difficult to get large plots but possible.

That view is unreal. Is the land freehold or leasehold?
Land in Rwanda is mainly leasehold, unless in thr economic zones or over a certain number of hectares then its freehold.
Agriculture is the only sustainable business in Africa
It's high up there but not the only.
