actually fresh conscripts can merge in other squad , it can help you to decrease the population and build more tanks to anti enemy tanks
plus they are cheaper to replenish than the other troops.
Well done with this part, though it is clear, so many died, more then anyone ever knew, anyway keep doing a wonderful job, I look forward to much more.

You could have requested for more shock troops as well as call your sniper back if they're low on health.
