@@dawitetefa145 that’s would be a question for the accounts department at the college. Try giving them a call and explain the situation and see what they suggest

Nothing to do but wait honestly. That means it’s full and you may be called if they get a space. You can also change your starting semester as another time if it’s available

They will email you after you have either gotten accepted or not. They will email you with the email address you have provided when signing up

Via email or you can sign in to college’s website with the id number they gave you after submitting the application

Hello Sasha, I have submitted my documents but while checking my admission status there said “ We ask that you review and kindly respond to current applications with a status of “Admitted to Program” prior to the expiry date.
This was the message on the student portal. Please who can I go about it, the admission expiry date is just few days.

After you have filled out the application then you can upload the documents at the end or after you can use the ID number given to you to send them via email or log in to the school’s website

Welcome! It all depends on the program you wish to study. All programs have their individual fees

You will get a time table after you have gotten accepted plus show proof that you have the visa and also paid the applicable fees to the school

They listed all the cards they accept and I do believe maybe any Visa card can be used if you choose to.

Hey Sasha! I applied to Niagara college for IBM jan2024 intake. I applied and made the payment just yesterday and it’s been almost 15hours I didn’t receive application confirmation email from concern college and I have not even submitted documents yet. So I’m getting suspicious about it. I only got payment receipt email post payment.

Hello I do not work at Niagara College, I was just a student there. So I suggest please calling the college and speak with the billing/international department for this information. I hope this information helps
Before a 12 days i have submitted my application in niagara college but didn’t get a student id number till then today.
You should have gotten the ID number if you have done the application online. That is after you have finished the application, they will give you a confirmation page with your ID number. If you got it after in your email it might have been because you didn’t save it right after applying

Yes you can come earlier as long as you are permitted to do so.
Hi Sasha I got accepted in this college I paid a portion of my tuition and I paid it through the bank I’m from Jamaica I did a wire transfer to the school do you know how much day it may take for me to get back the confirmation receipt from the school I want to include it in my student visa application
Hey Janet, I don’t work with the school so I am not sure. But I’d suggest emailing them and also calling and requesting a receipt for you to use. Hope this helps hun
@@SashaInCanada god is good I receive a confirmation from CIBC that the payment is sent to the school waiting on receipt from the school hopefully they will update it on the portal soon.

If you are coming to Canada as a student after getting accepted to a university/ college then you should apply for study/visa. If it is for tourism then don’t select that option

I’d like to apply for the Human Resources management certificate program for January 2024 intake but unfortunately I don’t have credit card so how do I pay the 100 dollars for my application to be submitted?
Secondly, when given acceptance letter, how or when do you deposit the first payment of your tuition.
Does the school determine the amount that will be deposited or is the payment done before or after your visa application/approval ?

Firstly, when applying they do have more than one card options to use and not just the credit card so just choose the option card that you have.
For your second question, when u get the acceptance package, the details of your tuition breakdown is going to be on the “fees” section and the due dates and payment options will also be outline on that page. The most common breakdown include the yearly fee and what it includes, the next option is two payments where you would pay half or a little more than half for your first semester the remaining amount before your next semester starts.
You can make the payment before your visa application before you get approve but it’s not recommended. Try calling the school and see what they recommend before making any payment.

Hey, they will apply the airport fee to your acceptance letter. They will show it in the total of your tuition. Hope this helps

Hello, yeah tuition can be expensive especially for international students. But here is the link to the website for the program you said you were interested in

Click on the program menu and you’ll see the academic requirements for that program are and also the tuition for that program.
Here is also the link to the scholarship they have available for international students. You can take a look and apply for as many as you qualify for but you’ll only be able to get one to make sure everyone gets the same opportunity. The link for scholarships for international students is

After applying it depends on which semester you applied for. They usually respond based on that. Do you mind sharing which semester you applied for so I can give the estimated time period ?
@@SashaInCanada Sure no problem! So I applied for the Fall(May/June) & Summer (Sept/Oct) Business-General & Business-International programs.
@@jhatwana it usually takes them about two weeks after applying to respond. If they need more documents then they will still respond and reach out to you. If you are applying outside of Canada- for programs that starts in September 2023 they have already started acceptance from November 2022. If you just applied then give them 2-3 weeks to respond via email.

For September 2023 intake they usually respond in a few week (2-4) have you gotten a response? If not then I’d advise to call them or send an email

You have to show the embassy proof of funds when applying so it depends on when you apply to the school and when the fee is due based on your acceptance letter. So I’d suggest looking at your acceptance payment section that would have been sent to you by the school. If that date is before you apply then you’d have to talk to the school, but if it’s after then you can apply and just show the proof of funds
