Much before Plato or Aristotle, Gautam Buddha described the mind body connection and processes of cognition, perception, systematically and in extremely great detail. The mind body interaction is at the base of Vipassana meditation taught by him. He dealt with the topic of conditioning and saw it as the process that takes away our freedom.

Hidden kuchh bhi nahi hai. Jo scheduled video hai wo aapko hidden ya private dikh rahi hongi. 2 din ki 2 video scheduled hai wo aapko hidden/private dikh rahi hongi. 2 din me wo deliver ho jaengi. Baaki subjects ki video aapko mere channel ke podcast section me milengi.
I'm a huge fan from Pakistan. I thoroughly enjoy your videos, but I encounter a minor obstacle - the use of pure Hindi or Sanskrit terms often spoils the story for me. I kindly suggest incorporating Urdu or simpler Hindi with English terms for better understanding. Your channel has gained immense popularity in Pakistan, and I've enthusiastically recommended it to my friends and students. However, we all face this same challenge. Considering your vast Pakistani audience, using more accessible language would greatly enhance our viewing experience.
Well done ❤❤
